| ObjectiveIn this study,the clinical efficacy of lumbar disc herniation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was studied by using electroacupuncture and rehabilitation therapy in patients with lumbar disc herniation.The patients were randomly divided into three groups:the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group and the rehabilitation group.The curative effect of the two treatments was observed and the effect of the lumbar disc herniation was observed.The curative effect was good,the course of treatment was short,the side effect was low Treatment,and for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation to provide a scientific basis.MethodsIn this study,patients with lumbar disc herniation were mainly treated in Taiwan Yongjiantang Chinese medicine clinic patients,in line with diagnostic criteria,a total of 61 cases were collected,of which 30 cases as the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy,31 cases as rehabilitation control group.The case was collected from December 2015 to December 2016.Diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine in accordance with the 1994 State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,"Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of diagnostic criteria" on the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation criteria,Western medicine diagnosis of People’ s Health Publishing House published in 2004,the second edition of "Clinical Orthopedics" in the Western diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation.All meet the inclusion criteria according to the design requirements observed and treated.(Acupuncture group)acupuncture main points:lumbar three needles(waist three needles:Shenshu,large intestine Yu,Venezuela),joint loose therapy using"ustralian way Australian style" according to its theory divided into four levels.Treatment for a total of two courses,the treatment of ten times as a course of treatment five times a week.Pain score was measured using the Greenough-fraser Lumbago Rating Scale;the Oswestry DQ rating scale was used to assess the lumbar vertebrae(lumbar pachilla flexion and extension angle).ResultsThere was no significant difference in the sex,age structure and course structure between the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group and the rehabilitation group(P>0.05),which indicated that the general baseline data of the two groups were comparable.① In the overall efficacy of comparisonThe curative effect of the two groups was analyzed by Radit analysis,P<0.05,indicating that the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group,rehabilitation control group in the overall efficacy of the comparison was statistically significant.The total effective rate was 86.7%and the total effective rate was 71.0%in the rehabilitation group.Tip:the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group compared with the rehabilitation control group,better to ease the lumbar disc herniation patients with lower back pain,lower extremity radiating symptoms,to promote the recovery of its lumbar activity.② In the Greenough-frasher low back pain scale scoreThe score the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy-group of the Greenough-frasher low back pain score was significantly improved in the patients with lumbar disc herniation(P<0.01)compared with the rehabilitation control group.the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group can better alleviate the degree of lumbar disc herniation in patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve work,life,exercise/social activity,the analgesic effect is better than rehabilitation.③ Oswestry dysfunction index scoreThe scores of Oswestry dysfunction index and lumbar disc herniation in patients with posterior the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group were significantly different from those in rehabilitation group(P<0.05).the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group,comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can improve the lumbar disc herniation in patients with dysfunction,in the efficacy of contrast,the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group with lumbar spine surgery clinical efficacy was significant.④ lumbar flexion angle aspectsThere is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups can improve the lumbar disc herniation in patients with lumbar plexus activity,the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group than the rehabilitation group.⑤Lumbar flexion angleThe posterior lumbar extension angle of the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Although the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group,comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the extension of the lumbar angle,but no difference in efficacy.Comprehensive study of the results,the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group,comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation have clinical efficacy,can relieve lumbar disc herniation in patients with waist pain,improve lumbar dysfunction,work,daily life And other aspects of the obvious impact.In the treatment of low back pain Greenough-frasher low back pain scale score,Oswestry dysfunction index score,lumbar flexion angle,the lumbar three-needle combined with joint loosening therapy group compared with rehabilitation,the effect is more prominent.ConclusionLumbar three-needle is a famous acupuncture expert
