Research On Treatment Of Dysmenorrhea Medication By Famous TCM Gynecologists Based On Data Mining Methods

Objiective: To reveal the syndrome distribution features of dysmenorrhea and the treatment of dysmenorrhea by famous physicians through the application of data mining techniques to discover the links between diseases,syndromes,prescriptions,and drugs.It can pass on the experience of famous TCM physicians and provide new ideas for the treatment of dysmenorrhea and the use of drugs.Methods: Electronically search Chinese Journal Full-text Database CNKI,VIP Database,Wanfang Database,and Biomedical Database,and download the literature on the treatment of dysmenorrhea of famous physicians,including the introduction of self-experience by gynecologists and the summary of their experiences.Then we manually searched the monographs of gynecologists to extract dysmenorrhea-related experience and medical records.Using an Excel spreadsheet to build a database,all data collected are classified according to the types of dysmenorrhea,classification of TCM syndromes,high-frequency drug efficacy,and the classification of sexual tastes.Finally,We use statistical methods to count all types of syndromes,classics,and traditional Chinese medicines for frequency statistics,apply association rules to mine potential links between diseases,syndromes,prescriptions and drugs.Summarizing the drug laws of famous physicians treating dysmenorrhea can provide dialectical and medication ideas for the treatment of dysmenorrhea and improve the clinical treatment effect.Results:(1)Among the 50 famous medical practitioners,a total of 152 articles that met the inclusion criteria are collected,and 20 monographs are included,and 699 total prescriptions.(2)Among the 291 medical cases included,The age of onset was mainly female of childbearing age,mainly concentrated in 25-35 years of age,and the duration of illness was more than 1 year.(3)Symptoms for the treatment of dysmenorrhea can be summarized as 8 kinds,followed by: syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis,syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,syndrome of heat burning and blood stasis,syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood,syndrome of heat-dampness accumulation,syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney.(4)The usual prescriptions for treating primary dysmenorrhea are: Jiaweimojie Tang,Wenjingtang,Siwutang,Shaofuzhuyutang,Bazhentang,Gexiazhuyutang,Sinisan and Tiaogansan.The usual prescriptions for treating secondary dysmenorrhea are:Neiyi 3 Fang,Jiaweimojie Tang,Guizhifuling Wan,Neiyi 1 Fang,Neiyi 2 Fang,Bailiansanjie Tang,Neiyizhitong Tang,Huoxuequyuhuazheng Tang and so on.(5)There are 293 kinds of medicines for the treatment of dysmenorrhea,and the total frequency of drugs is 8019 times.Blood-activating and stasis-resol are the most used among them,up to 2055 times.The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines are: Danggui,Baishao,Chuanxiong,Xiangfu,Yanhusuo,Chishao,Gancao and Wulingzhi.The two drugs commonly used in the treatment of dysmenorrhea are: Ruxiang-Moyao,Sanleng-Ezhu,Aiye-Chuanxiong,Xiaohuixiang-Chuanxiong,Shudi-Baishao,Chuanxiong-Danggui and so on.The three drugs commonly used in the treatment of dysmenorrhea are :Wulingzhi-Chuanxiong-Puhuang,Xiaohuixiang-Danggui-Chuanxiong,Shudi-Chuanxiong-Baishao,Shudi-Danggui-Baishao and so on.The four drugs commonly used in the treatment of dysmenorrhea are: Wulingzhi-Chuanxiong-Danggui-Puhuang,Shudi-Chuanxiong-Danggui-Baishao,Chishao-Yanhusuo-Chuanxiong-Danggui,Puhuang-Wulingzhi-Chuanxiong-Danggui.(6)The common Chinese medicine herbs used for syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis are: Danggui,Yanhusuo,Baishao,Chishao,Xiangfu,Chuanxiong,Puhuang,Chaihu etc.The common Chinese medicine herbs used for syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis are: Danggui,Chuanxiong,Baishao,Rougui,Xiangfu,Wuzhuyu,Yanhusuo,Gancao etc.The common Chinese medicine herbs used for syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis are: Danggui,Baishao,Xuduan,Chishao,Fuling,Wulingzhi,Danpi,Shanyao etc.The common Chinese medicine herbs used for syndrome of heat burning and blood stasis are: Danpi,Danggui,Chaihu,Baishao,Chuanlianzi,Yanhusuo,Xiangfu,Chishao etc.The common Chinese medicine herbs used for syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood are: Danggui,Baishao,Gancao,Chuanxiong,Danshen,Shudi,Baizhu,Huangqi etc.(7)Then syndrome patterns treating primary dysmenorrhea mainly are: syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis,syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Then syndrome patterns treating secondary dysmenorrhea mainly are: syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,syndrome of heat burning and blood stasis.blood-activating and stasis-resol are the most used in both primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea,but Sanjie medicines are used in treating secondary dysmenorrhea.(8)For treating the dysmenorrhea,Chinese medicine herbs are based on the property of warm,cold and moderate second;based on the flavors of bitter,pungent and sweet;based on the meridian entry of liver,spleen,kidney meridians.Conclusion:(1)The principle of the traditional Chinese medicine gynaecology experts in treating dysmenorrhea is under the theory of stagnation leading to pain;deficiency leading to pain.Blood stasis syndrome is the main syndrome of dysmenorrhea,Circulating the blood is the main method of dysmenorrhea,Deficiency syndrome accounts for a certain proportion in dysmenorrhea,dysmenorrhea associated with deficiency syndrome should use some medicine that makes the body strong.(2)Syndrome of dysmenorrhea are mainly sthenia syndrome.while primary dysmenorrhea includes sthenia syndrome,deficiency syndrome and the combination of deficiency syndrome and sthenia syndrome and traditional prescriptions are often used.Secondary dysmenorrhea mainly includes sthenia syndrome and the combination of deficiency syndrome and sthenia syndrome and the experienced prescriptions are often used.In addition,sanjie medicines are often used in treating secondary dysmenorrhea.(3)Common Chinese herbs that use to treat dysmenorrhea: Danggui,Baishao,Chuanxiong,Xiangfu,Yanhusuo,Chishao,Gancao,Wulingzhi and so on,Common classic formulas: Siwutang,Wenjingtang,Shixiaosan,Shaofuzhuyutang,Sinisan,Jinlingzi San,Xiaoyao San etc.Typical experienced formulas:Neiyi 1 Fang,Neiyi 2 Fang,Neiyi 3 Fang,Jiaweimojie Tang,Bailiansanjie Tang,Neiyizhitong Tang,Huoxuequyuhuazheng Tang etc.
