Objective:This article compared the clinical efficacy, complications, and sequelae of three kinds of internal hemorrhoid ligation combined with external hemorrhoidectomy for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, and analyzed the pros and cons of mixed hemorrhoids treatment from the perspective of clinical evolution to evaluate the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Evaluating the impact of complications, sequelae, and providing a reference for the clinical treatment of mixed methods of choice. Methods:In the period from January 2017 to January 2018,the Department of Anorectal of the Affiliated Hospital of Northern Sichuan Medical College selected 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids that met the inclusion criteria, and were randomly divided into three groups.Treatment group A(automatic elastic acne ligation +external hemorrhoidectomy),control group B(lactoloop ligation + external hemorrhoidectomy),and control group C(traditional silk ligature ligation + external hemorrhoidectomy,Traditional external debridement and internal fixation),20 cases in each group.By comparing the operation time, postoperative effect, safety, postoperative complications, sequelae, and recurrence of the three surgical methods, the merits of the three surgical methods were evaluated. Results: Treatment group A and control group B were superior to control group C in terms of operation time, length of hospital stay, residual skin protrusions, postoperative pain, postoperative bleeding, and postoperative half-year follow-up recurrence. There was significant difference(P<0.05);The control group B and the control group C were better than the treatment group A in terms of the final shedding length of the ligation line of inner hemorrhoids. There was a significant difference(P<0.05);The postoperative efficacy, ligation line of inner hemorrhoids slip rate, number of postoperative long-term pain cases,post-operative bowel difficulty, postoperative perianal edema, anal bulge sensation, urinary retention, postoperative hemorrhage, postoperative 3 months follow-up recurrence, perianal hematoma orthrombosis, postoperative constipation, anal stenosis, anal incontinence, secondary anal fissure, rectovaginal fistula, etc. There were no significant differences among the three groups. Conclusion: The evolving and continuous improvement of hernia ligation has,to some extent, achieved "automatic" and "minimally invasive" treatment of rickets, making operation easier, shorter operation time, shorter hospital stay, and postoperative pain The hemorrhage is relatively reduced, and the surgical incision is reduced, the surgical trauma is smaller, and the residual skin protrusions are less.Compared with the three kinds of ligation techniques, the ligation materials for elastic acne ligation have advantages in elasticity and strength. After ligation, they are not easy to slip and break, but they still have a certain degree of elasticity.Defects and deficiencies still require the continuous improvement of clinicians' continuous research and improvement. However, the efficacy of the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids is obvious and is worthy of clinical application...
