Clinical Observation Xiaozhiling Injection And Ligation Of Hemorrhoids Treatment Of Hemorrhoids

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and the complications of the injection with xiaozhiling to treat the hemorrhoids comparing to the ligation.Methods:Select the60cases of patients of this study, the injection group30cases,the ligation group30cases. Observe the treatment time, clinical efficacy, urinate, anal pain, anal edema, anal bulge, anal stenosis, and the hospitalization time.Results:The two groups were effective, the efficacy of the statistical analysis showed no significant difference. The complication anal edema, anal bulge, anal stenosis were no significant differences. But the group in the treatment time, hospitalization time, anal pain is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Inject with xiaozhiling and ligation are both reliable in the treatment of hemorrhoids. The injection method has short treatment time, less pain and fewer complications.
