Automatic Hemorrhoids Ligation (RPH) In Conjunction With Cut Ligation Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids Clinical Research

Objective:To evaluate the Clinical therapeutic effects of RPH combining Shearing fracture ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Take120mixed hemorroids patients into3groups randomly, which are treatment group40cases, comparison group Ⅰ40cases and comparison group II40cases. The treatment group was treated by RPH combining Shearing fracture ligation, the comparison group I was treated by RPH while comparison group Ⅱ was treated by Shearing fracture ligation. The occurrence condition of the remain the superfluous skin, the blind pile to leave, the surgery time, rectovaginal fistula, urethrorectal fistula, postoperative bleeding, acute urinary retention, anal stenosis and anal incontinence were observed.Results:In healing time aspect, treatment group were significantly better than control group Ⅱ(P<0.05). After1month follow-up, We can conclude that treatment group were better than two control groups in retraction of bad hemorrhoids and swelling of external hemorrhoids aspects(P<0.05)o All the patients recovered without rectovaginal fistula, urethrorectal fistula.There is significant difference on postoperative bleedings anal stenosis and anal incontinence between treatment group and control group Ⅱ (P<0.05). There is no difference on acute urinary retention among the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:RPH combining Shearing fracture ligation Can protect the tissue of rectal cushion, remain the normal anatomy structure of anal canal, which has better clinical effect.
