and more than 500 county general hospitals in 38 districts and counties in Chongqing is carried out.Excel was used to build the database,data analysis was carried out by spss21.0,and counting data were calculated by frequency and mean.Results1.In the basic setting of chongqing tertiary general hospital,the total number of surgical beds in the city in 2011 was 80.56% compared with that of the hospital,and the target rate was 94.44% in 2016,with a growth rate of 17.24%.In 2011,the number of beds in the intensive care unit accounted for 55.56% of the actual open beds in hospital,and the rate reached 88.89%in 2016,with a growth rate of 60.00%.In 2011,the setting rate of primary diagnosis and treatment subjects was 84.70%,and the setting rate in 2016 was 93.90%,which increased by 10.86%.In ability of the tertiary general hospitals in Chongqing is on the rise,and the medical service ability of the tertiary general hospitals in different regions is different,and the medical service ability of different types of grade tertiary general hospitals is different.2.Hospitals is not evenly distributed,the development of medical service ability is inadequate,the basic setup needs to be adjusted and improved,the operation performance needs to be further promoted,the clinical specialist medical service ability still needs to be enhanced,and the service ability of the medical science and technology department needs to be improved.3.It is suggested that rational allocation and optimization of medical resources,rational allocation of large medical equipment,increase the training and introduction of talent team,improve the level of information technology,develop telemedicine,strengthen the construction of medical service ability of clinical specialist and medical technical department,so as to improve the medical service ability of the tertiary general hospital in Chongqing. |
