| Research ObjectivesThis study aims through the use of DEA to analysis of the operation efficiency of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital. It is reasonable to judge whether the relevant input and output indexes of hospital group and determined that the factors affecting the efficiency of the hospital group, reasonable hospital adjust the proportion of investment, so that limited resources can be fully utilized to achieve the Group to optimize the efficiency of the hospital, to the establishment of hospital groups to accomplish the goal.Research Content1.To understand the basic situation of the group and the subordinate units of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University.2.Determine the input index and output index.3.To collect the relevant indicators of the subordinate units of the hospital group and make a basic analysis of them.4.Using DEA method to analysis hospitals Group's comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency.5.Using logistic regression to determine the factors influencing hospital group efficiency value, proposed to improve the efficiency of public hospital group Suggestions, make public hospital group efficiency optimization.Research MethodsThis study first use literature method and expert consultation, definition of indicators for the study, then analyzed by means of DEA efficiency of Ningxia Medical UniversityGeneral Hospital Group, finally through logistic regression judgment factors influencing hospital group efficiency and degree of the effect size.Research Results1.Through literature method and expert consultation, it is concluded that the skills training of people, two-way referral number, academic number of lectures as input indicators,total revenue and occupancy rate, average hospitalization days, the cure rate, the average hospitalization expenses for the output indicators of the constructed evaluation model.2.Ningxia Medical University General Hospital, hospital groups operating efficiency,overall efficiency of the integrated hospital groups are not high, but the overall efficiency of the 2014 hospital group as a whole than in 2013, because after three hospitals and two hospitals joined hospital group, overall efficiency has increased, but the overall efficiency of a hospital but appeared to decline. 2013 and 2014, the overall efficiency of hospital technology group is relatively high, it has been showing a greater than two tertiary hospitals hospitals higher than a hospital situation, but technical efficiency in 2014 is lower than 2013 technology decline in efficiency, technical efficiency of a hospital appeared. 2013 and 2014,the overall efficiency of the hospital group's size is not high, but the scale of efficiency in2014 than in 2013, and the scale efficiency of three hospitals and two hospitals has improved.3.Influence factors analysis, the comprehensive efficiency of hospital group in Ningxia medical university general hospital, the influence of average on the comprehensive efficiency of such confinement is one of the biggest, followed by the average cost of hospitalization,two-way referral number, the cure rate. And reduce the average length of stay and reduce the number of two-way referral can enhance the overall efficiency of the hospital group, while the per capita hospital costs and the improvement of the cure rate can enhance the overall efficiency of the hospital group. For technical efficiency, the influence of skill training is the biggest. And the utilization rate of hospital bed and the improvement of skill training time can improve the technical efficiency of the hospital group. For the scale efficiency, the effect ofper capita hospitalization expenses is the largest, followed by the hospital bed utilization,two-way referral number, academic lectures. And the reduction of the number of two-way referral can enhance the efficiency of the hospital group, while the per capita cost of hospitalization, hospital bed usage and the number of academic lectures can improve the efficiency of the hospital group. |
