Objective:To explore the application of green model health education in exercise rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,so as to improve the level of knowledge, practice, exercise ability and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and to provide scientific basis for health education of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods:Using convenience sampling,70 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of a third-ranking hospital in Lanzhou from May 2019 to October 2019 were selected, and the patients were divided into control groups according to the sequence number of admission and random number table method. And intervention group,35 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine health education. The intervention group implemented health education based on the Green model, and the intervention time for both groups was 3months.Coronary heart disease rehabilitation exercise knowledge and belief questionnaire and Chinese cardiovascular patient quality of life questionnaire(CQQC)were investigated before,1 and 3 months after intervention, and the patient’s 6-minute walking test distance was measured at the same time(6MWT),blood pressure and body mass index(BMI)values. The data was analyzed with SPSS22.0 software, using t-test,chi-square test, analysis of variance and other statistical methods.Results:1.Intervention study,a total of 70 patients were included,35 in the control group and 35 in the intervention group, and 1 in each of the two groups was lost to follow-up.Finally,68 patients completed the intervention. The following is the presentation of relevant data before and after the intervention of 68 patients.2.Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the general information of the two groups of patients, the scores of the questionnaires onrehabilitation exercise of the patients with coronary heart disease, the CQQC questionnaire score,6MWT distance, blood pressure, and BMI value(P>0.05),which were comparable.3.After intervention, there were statistically significant differences in the total score of the questionnaire and the scores of each dimension in the time effect grouping effect interaction effect(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of intervention, all dimension scores and total scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)4.After intervention, the total score of cqqc questionnaire in the two groups had statistical significance in time effect, grouping effect and interaction effect(P < 0.05).Compared with the two groups, after one month of intervention, the scores of physical condition and general life dimension in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05);after three months of intervention, the scores of general life dimension in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),and the scores and total scores of each dimension in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05)There was statistical significance(P < 0.05).5.6MWT distance between the two groups. After one month of intervention, there was no significant difference between the control group and the intervention group(P > 0.05);after three months of intervention, the difference between the intervention group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.After one month of intervention, there was no significant difference between the control group and the intervention group(P > 0.05);after three months of intervention, the systolic blood pressure(SBP)and BMI in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on the Green model can improve the level of knowledge and behavior of coronary heart disease patients after PCI after exercise rehabilitation, increase the patient’s 6-minute walking test distance, help coronary heart disease patients to better control systolic blood pressure and BMI value after PCI,and improve coronary The quality of life of patients with heart disease after PCI is worthy of popularization and application in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
