Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Blood Stasis Obstruction Type By Xiaozhong Zhi Tong Granule Combined With Huayu Tong Luo Juan Bi Tincture

Objective: Based on the concept of the entirety of the Traditional Chinese medicine.To Research the Clinical efficacy of Xiaozhong zhi tong granule combined with Huayu Tong luo Juan bi tincture on the treatment of Osteoarthritis of the knee of blood stasis obstruction type in the early and middle stage by the collaborative treatment of Oral Chinese Medicine and external application.To explore the correlation between the curative effect and the changemengt on the Synovial thickness and Effusion of superior patellar capsule before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.To provide further Digital indicators for the treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine on the Osteoarthritis of the knee of blood stasis obstruction type.Methods: Collected 70 cases of Osteoarthritis of the knee of blood stasis obstruction type in the early and middle stage from the Ambulant clinic and The Emergency Department of The Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of traditional Chinese Medicine,Gansu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,The Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2015 to December 2016.Randomly divided the patients of met the Inclusion criteria into the traditional Chinese Medicine treatment group and the Western medicine control group,35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiao zhong zhi tong granule combined with Hua yu Tong luo Juan bi tincture,the control group was given Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and Oral paracetamol.Count and analyzed the TCM syndrome score,the Western Ontario and McMaste index,the Visual analogue scale,the Synovial thickness,the Effusion of superior patellar capsule in third months,sixth months after treatment with SPSS22.0 software.Evaluated the treatment effect between the same group before and after treatment and the therapeutic effect of two groups.To explore the Correlation between the Synovial thickness,the Effusion of superior patellar capsule and the WOMAC index,the VAS score.Results:(1)This study collected 70 patients,Chinese medicine treatment group 3 cases of loss,the western medicine group off 2 cases;Through statistical processing,compare two groups of age,gender,TCM syndrome score,early stage type,Body Mass Index,VAS score,WOMAC index of baseline data showed no significant difference(P>0.05);(2)Statistically significant in two groups before and after treatment of WOMAC index,VAS score,knee synovial thickness and Effusion of superior patellar capsule improved(P<0.05);(3)Compared chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group WOMAC index,VAS score,knee synovial thickness and Effusion of superior patellar capsule improvement was not statistically significant(P>0.05)before and after treatment in the third months,after treatment in the sixth months;(4)The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the TCM syndrome quantized score,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);(5)There was a correlation between knee synovial thickness,Effusion of superior patellar capsule and VAS score,WOMAC index in the improvement of the knee joint,with statistical difference(r > 0,P < 0.05).Conclusion: The combination of Xiao zhong zhi tong granule and Hua yu Tong luo Juan bi tincture can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life and the curative effect is worth affirming;The combination of Xiao zhong zhi tong granule and Hua yu Tong luo Juan bi tincture can effectively improve the knee synovial thickness and the Effusion of superior patellar capsule of the patients;There was a positive correlation between knee synovial thickness,Effusion of superior patellar capsule and VAS score,WOMAC index in the improvement of the knee joint.
