| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligustrazine and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of congestion arthralgia obstruction type,provides the basis for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: Sixty KOA patients were randomly divided into control group A(20 cases),control group B(20 cases)and treatment group(20 cases).Control group A received intravenous drip of Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine for 14 days,control group B received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for 5 courses(35 days),while treatment group received intravenous drip of Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine for 14 days and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for 5 courses(35 days).The improvement of knee joint in control group A,control group B and treatment group was observed and compared.The change of knee joint score before and after treatment was taken as the evaluation of curative effect.The evaluation criteria of curative effect were WOMAC score method and VAS index score.At the same time,the changes of interleukin-6(IL-6)level in synovial fluid were detected before and after treatment.SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the data,and conclusions were drawn.Results: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligustrazine and sodium hyaluronate can significantly improve the pain symptoms of knee osteoarthritis with blood stasis and obstruction(P < 0.05),significantly lower IL-6 in knee synovial fluid(P < 0.05),and improve VAS and WOMAC scores of knee osteoarthritis patients with blood stasis and obstruction(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligustrazine and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with blood stasis and obstruction can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factor IL-6 in joint fluid,better relieve clinical symptoms and improve knee joint function,and its therapeutic effect is better than that of single treatment of these two drugs. |
