Objective:To study the relationship between synovial and effusion volume and the degree of pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis;to study the factors that may affect the volume of synovial membrane and effusion. Methods:To collect information on the height and weight of patients with osteoarthritis,KL classification,if they have steroid injections in the joint cavity,if they have use oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, smoking, etc.,as well as VAS pain scores and knee function scores.According to the acquisition of relevant nuclear magnetic data, the MOAKS system was used to classify the patient's synovial membrane and effusion. The data was entered using Epidata 3.0 software, and the statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 software. The structural equation model was established after single factor analysis. The relationship between membrane and effusion and patient VAS score and the correlation between clinical factors and synovial membrane and effusion hyperplasia. Results:A total of 106 cases were collected in this study, including 34 males, accounting for 34.1%,72 females, accounting for 67.9%;55 patients aged over 60,accounting for 51.9%,51 cases less than or equal to 60 years old, accounting for 51.9%;43 cases with age of more than 6 years, accounting for 40.6%,63 cases less than or equal to 6 years, accounting for 59.4%;54 cases with BMI greater than 25.5,accounting for 50.9%,52 cases less than or equal to 25.5,accounting for 49.1%;42 cases have taken non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, accounting for 39.6%,64 cases had not taken non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, accounting for 60.4%;35 cases had good knee function, accounting for 33.0%.71 cases of knee joint function were low, accounting for 67.0%;75 cases never smoked, accounting for 70.8%,31 cases were smokers, accounting for 29.2%;among VAS scores, there were 64 cases with 70 or more, accounting for 60.4%,42 cases less than 70 points, accounting for 39.6%;in the synovial signal level,0-3 level patients number are 2,60,40,2,respectively,accounting for 1.9%,56.6%,39.6%,Among the effusion signal grades, there were 17,48,32,and 9 patients with grades 0-3,accounting for 16.0%,45.3%,30.2%,and 8.5%,respectively.After univariate analysis and Spearman correlation coefficient analysis,it was found that the effusion was positively correlated with the VAS score, and the synovial membrane was not statistically correlated with the VAS score;the age and age were positively correlated with the volume of effusion;gender was the same as BMI with synovial membrane and effusion The volume is not relevant.Excluding these two factors from the structural equation model,a structural equation is established and a positive correlation between the volume of the effusion and the VAS score is found;there is a positive correlation between the diseased and effusion signals. Conclusion:There was a positive correlation between effusion volume and pain level in patients with knee osteoarthritis;there was no statistical correlation between synovial volume and patient pain;the patient's age was positively correlated with joint effusion.
