Study On The Anatomical Basis Of The Distribution Regularity Of Sinew Syndromes In KOA

Objective:(1)To summarize the distribution regularity of sinew syndromes in KOA through the clinical study;(2)To explore the anatomical basis of the distribution regularity of sinew syndromes through the anatomy of knee joint.Methods:(1)The sinew syndromes in KOA were divided into Foot-YangMing sinew type,Foot-ShaoYang sinew type,Foot-TaiYang sinew type,Foot-threeYin sinew type and complex sinew type.Though examining 80 cases of KOA patients,the region of Foot-YangMing sinew,Foot-ShaoYang sinew,Foot-TaiYang sinew and Foot-threeYin sinew in knee,the number of focal points and every sinew syndromes was counted,and the distribution regularity of sinew syndromes in KOA was summarized.(2)2 cases of antiseptic adult cadaver specimens,4 cases of knee joint specimens were used.The cross section of the mid-point of the tibia and the femur were set to the lower and upper boundary of the study respectively.The knee were dissected along the lines of Foot-YangMing sinew,Foot-ShaoYang sinew,Foot-TaiYang sinew and Foot-three Yin sinew,and local tissue structure and the morphological characteristics were observed.The distribution features of muscles,nerves,blood vessels,ligament in every sinew areas and the relationship between each other were analyzed synthetically.The anatomical basis of the distribution regularity of sinew syndromes in KOA was researched.Results:(1)The distribution regularity of sinew syndromes in KOA is as follows:In single sinew type,the frequency of the Foot-YangMing sinew type is the highest,followed by Foot-threeYin sinew type,Foot-TaiYang sinew type and Foot-ShaoYang sinew type.And in complex sinew type,the frequency of YangMing + TaiYang sinew type is the highest,followed by Foot-TaiYang + Foot-ThreeYin sinew type.The number of focal points is most in Foot-Yang Ming sinew type,followed by Foot-TaiYang sinew type.(2)The muscles distributed in Foot-YangMing sinew area are the extensor digitorumlongus,the anterior tibial muscle,the middle femoris.The blood vessels include the anterior tibial arteries and branches,the popliteal artery and the knee joint artery network,the lateral descending branch of the femoral circumflex artery and the homonymous vein,etc.The nerve include the superficial peroneal nerve and its branches,the deep peroneal nerve and its branches,the saphenous nerve and its branches.The main ligament is the patellar ligament.(3)The muscles distributed in Foot-ShaoYang sinew area are the long fibula muscle,Naga Nobu,the femoral two head and the lateral femoral muscle.The blood vessels include the anterior tibial artery,the branches of popliteal artery,the lateral descending branch of the femoral circumflex artery and the homonymous vein.The nerves include the superficial peroneal nerve and its branches,the branches of peroneal nerve and tibial nerve.The main ligament is the lateral collateral ligament of the knee.(4)The muscles distributed in Foot-TaiYang sinew area are Gastrocnemius,soleus muscle,tibial posterior muscle,etc.The blood vessels include the peroneal artery,the posterior tibial artery,the popliteal artery and its branches,the homonymous vein and the small saphenous vein.The nerves include Branches of tibial nerve,femoral nerve and its branches,obturator nerve and its branches.The main ligaments are the popliteal oblique ligament and the knee arcuate ligament.(5)The muscles distributed in Foot-ThreeYin sinew area are partial gastrocnemius muscles,Partial semitendinosus and partial semilinosus,etc.The blood vessels include popliteal artery,articular branch,descending genicular artery,homonymous vein and great saphenous vein.The nerves include branches of tibial nerve,femoral nerve and its branches,saphenous nerve,etc.The main ligament is medial collateral ligament of the knee.Conclusion:(1)The distribution regularity of sinew syndromes in KOA is as follows: the frequency of the Foot-Yang Ming sinew type,Foot-Three Yin sinew type and Foot-TaiYang sinew type is higher in single sinew type,and the morbidity rate of the Foot-YangMing + Foot-TaiYang sinew type,Foot-TaiYang + Foot-ThreeYin sinew type is higher in complex sinew type.(2)The distribution regularity of sinew syndromes in KOA is determined by the specific anatomical structure of the knee joint.Strengthening the study of the anatomy of the knee is ofgreat significance to the study of KOA from the perspective of sinew theory.
