The Research On Spatial Autocorrelation Between Medical Care Expenditure,Population Aging And Economic Development In Yueyang City

In order to find out the effect of aging and economy on the regional imbalance of health expenditure,this paper uses the spatial autocorrelation model,the new old-young-ratio autocorrelation model and the economic autocorrelation model to analyze the cause of the regional imbalance of health expenditure.The results show that there is negative correlation between the health expenditure and the level of aging and economic development at the municipal level of Hunan;that municipal health expenditure has greater dependence on the country level is the opposite.Therefore,a fair distinction between regions should be made based on local level of aging and level of economic development and then different strategies should be developed for problems arising from low level of aging and economic development according to local conditions so as to address the regional imbalance.
