Objectives Through the investigation and analysis of the status of nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)and effected factors of pregnant women in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xingtai Medical College,to provide scientific evidence for further maternal-newborn nursing nutritional intervention for the obstetric clinics of community hospitals and organizations.Methods The cluster sample of 1122 cases of pregnant women taking prenatal tests in the obstetric clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xingtai Medical College during Oct 2016 to Oct 2017.Using surveys to investigate the 1122 objectives' pregnancy nutrition KAP.Survey contents: application of pregnancy nutrition KAP questionnaires to evaluate KAP levels of objectives.General information survey of pregnant women,including age,education,occupation,area of residence,the family per capita monthly income.Pregnancy status,including the pregnancy gestational weeks,times of pregnancy,pregnancy body mass index(BMI)and so on.Investigation of the compliance of pregnancy test,including taking pregnancy nutrition courses and counseling,times of regular antenatal examination.Family functions investigation: using the Family Adaptation,Partnership,Growth,Affection and Resolve(APGAR)to understand the family functions to pregnant women.Social support levels: using the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)to evaluate the levels of social support for pregnant women.General self-efficacy survey: application General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)was used to assess the levels of self-efficacy of pregnant women.All data were input Excel 2003 by software Sojump.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the factors.KAP scores were statistically described by meanħand standard deviation((?)ħs).t test and ANOVA were used for single factor analysis.Multivariate analysis was performed using multiple linear regression Enter method to understand the status of nutritional knowledge among pregnant women during pregnancy and to analyze their influencing factors.Results The total score of nutrition KAP of pregnant women was 12~43(29.55 + 6.01).65.9% of objectives(739)passed the nutrition knowledge test.68.9% of objectives(773)passed the nutrition attitude test.57.1% of objectives(640)passed the nutrition practice test.In total,67% of objectives(752)passed the nutrition KAP test.The single factor analysis of pregnant women nutritional KAP tests howed: the effect factorson pregnant women nutrition knowledge test score in age,household type,education level,income,pregnant planning,pregnant times,gestational weeks,pregnancy BMI,nutrition clinic guidance,family functions,the social supportlevel,and self-efficacy level differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effect factors on pregnant women nutrition attitude test score in age,antenatal care times,nutrition clinic guidance,taking pregnancy training courses,nursing planning,pregnancy BMI,family functions,and social support level,self-efficacy level differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effect factors on pregnant women nutrition practice test score in age,income,pregnant planning,nursing planning,gestational weeks,antenatal care times,nutrition clinic guidance,taking pregnancy training courses,pregnancy BMI,family functions and social support level,self-efficacy level differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effect factors on pregnant women nutrition KAP test score in age,household type,education level,income,pregnant planning,nursing planning,gestational weeks,antenatal care times,nutrition clinic guidance,taking pregnancy training courses,family functions,social support level,self-efficacy level differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The result of pregnant women nutritional KAP and multi effect factors analysis showed: pregnant women nutrition knowledge effect factors are: education level,gestational weeks,pregnant times,taking pregnancy training courses,nutrition clinic guidance,family functions and social support level.Pregnant women nutrition attitude effect factors are: nursing planning,pregnancy BMI,antenatal care times,taking pregnancy training courses,nutrition clinic guidance,family functions and self-efficacy level.Pregnant women nutrition practice effect factors are: age,income,pregnant planning,gestational weeks,nursing planning,taking pregnancy training courses,nutrition clinic guidance,family functions,social support level and self-efficacy level.Pregnant women nutrition KAP effect factors are: age,education,income,gestational weeks,nursing planning,taking pregnancy training courses,nutrition clinic guidance,family functions,social support level and self-efficacy level.Conclusions 1 This study investigated the total KAP level of pregnant women in the area was medium level,and the passing rate was 67.0%.2 The main effect factors of pregnant women nutrition KAP were: age,education level,income,gestational weeks,nursing planning,taking pregnancy training courses,nutrition clinic guidance,family functions,social support level and self-efficacy level.
