Objective:To investigate of the dietary nutritional status and analyze of the nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice present situation and the influencing factors of the Xin-jiang Urumqi Uyghur nationality pregnant women, so as to providing the scientific evidence for making intervention strategies, measures and effective health education, prompting the pregnant women to take the balanced diets and nutritions and improving the health level of pregnant women and fetus, achieving the purpose of healthier and better-educated children. Methods:Adopt epidemiology of the status of the investigation method and random selection,a questionnaire survey and dietary survey was carried out in2011year May November among pregnant women of early、middle、late stage of pregnancy of each state200cases, a total of600cases pregnant women in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Urumqi city. Using statistical analysis spssl8.0software. Results:1.600cases of Uyghur pregnant women food intake investigation shows, grains and products(717.39±231.29g),fruit(447.89±323.50g),dairy and products (234.94±167.23g) intake were more than recommended standards, the rest of the food intake were low of recommend intake; The nutrients intake investigation shows,600cases of Uyghur pregnant women the average daily intake of other nutrients were more than RNIs standards, besides vitamin A, B2;2.600cases of Uyghurs pregnant women nutrition knowledge were at a low level(18.67±8.07); The passing rate(21.5%) was significantly different among people with various educational background, occupation and living region(x2=27.720,x2=19.258,x2=13.407,P<0.05);3.600cases of Uyghur pregnant women nutrition attitude were at a middle level(9.43±3.42); The passing rate(74.5%) was significantly different among people with various educational background, occupation and living region(x2=31.655,x2=21.690,x2=17.687,P<0.05);4600cases of Uyghur pregnant women eating practice were at a middle level(24.93±4.86); The passing rate(67.2%) was significantly different among people with age, various educational background, occupation and living region (x2=11.181, x2=10.664, x2=10.470, x2=25.853,P<0.05);5.600cases of Uyghurs pregnant women intake of major nutrients and the knowledge, attitude, practice of total score was significantly positive correlation(P <0.05);6.600cases of Uyghur pregnant women the nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice was significantly positive correlation (Rs=0.306, Rs=0.145, Rs=0.231, P<0.05);7. Using the factors Logistic regression analysis show educational level was the main effect of the pregnant women nutrition knowledge, attitude, practice of total score(OR=1.586, P<0.01). Conclusion:1.This research shows that the cases of600Urumqi Uyghur pregnant women vitamin A and vitamin B2intake was insufficient; Dry beans and products, vegetables, meat and livestock products, eggs and products, fish, shrimp crab shellfish intake was insufficient.2.The cases of600Urumqi Uyghur pregnant women nutrition knowledge level was low, nutrition positive, eating practice was unhealthy.3.The cases of600Urumqi Uyghur pregnant women intake of major nutrients and the knowledge, attitude, practice of total score was significantly positive correlation.4. Educational level was the main effect of the pregnant women nutrition knowledge, attitude, practice of total score. Suggest to strengthen pregnant women reasonable nutrition guidance and education, enhance the pregnant woman the enthusiasm of nutrition attitude, advocate actively the healthy eating practice, to provide as the theory basis for improving the nutrition level of Uyghur pregnant women in Xinjiang Urumqi and promoting the healthy development of maternal and infant.
