objective To investigation of Urumqi,Xinjiang,Han Chinese pregenant woman dietary intake levels,Analysing their the status of nutrition knowledge,attitudes,practice and its influsing factors,provide a scientific basis for future maternal nutrition education,and achieve the purpose that improve the level of nutrition of pregnant woman,promotion of maternal and child health.Methods Using the current status of the survey methodology of the epidemiological and random sampling method,To Urumqi Hans pregnant women had questionnaire surveys,after excluding unqualified questionnaires,using spssl7.0software to600Han Chinese pregnant woman(pregnant as early,middle and late200)questionnaire conducted statistical analysis.Results The pregnancy cereals and fruits have reached the standard,However,potatoes and beans,vegetables,meat,dairy products,eggs are Not standard.Carbohydrate intakes up to standard,Energy and protein(84.9±31.4g) intake capacity of less than standard,The fat,ascorbic acid,VitE and salt are Excessive.Iron intakes up to standard.But in late pregnancy intake of calcium is less than standard,VitA, thiamine and riboflavin are less than standard,In Urumqi Han pregnant woman the pass rate of nutrition knowledge was31.5%,only5.83%of pregnant woman to understand the content of "Chinese dietary guidelines",To pass rate of nutritional knowledge conduct%2test,There are differences in age,education level(P<0.05),but there are passing rate between the different occupations is not obvious (P>0.05).To Lgoistci regression analysis,there are the main factors are education and family incomes.62.8%of pregnant women are picky eaters,Only3.17%of pregnant woman know how to arrange the diet during pregnancy,66.7%of pregnant women do not eat health care products.86.0%of pregnant women during pregnancy taking folic acid,45.3%of pregnant women taking calcium preparations,Only14.8%of pregnant women taking iron preparations,97.8%of pregnant women don’t smoking,but61.5%of pregnant women by passive smoking.Pay attention to nutrition and science diet accounted for21.5%in pregnant woman.98.2%of pregnant woman want to know the pregnancy-related nutrition knowledges.Conclusion1.Urumqi Hans pregnant woman most of the food intakes did not reach the standard, should be adjusted the unbalanced dietary,Ensure the supply of the pregnancy nutrients.2.Nutrition knowledge level is low,There are the main factors are education and family incomes.3.There are has Unhealthy dietary behaviors that eclipse,picky eaters and unreasonable eating arrangements,Recommendations to strengthen pregnant women cultural quality of education,Raise health awareness,Guide good eating behavior.
