Research On Correlation Between Threatened Abortion Patients Resilience And Social Support And Coping Style

Objectives:To investigate the current situation of the threatened abortion patients resilience,social support and coping style,study the influence of demography,gestation and birth,social support and coping style on the resilience of threatened abortion patients and provide theory basis for the nurses to improve the resilience level of threatened abortion patients.Method:165 patients who were diagnosed with threatened abortion in a top three hospital of Shandong from February to November of 2016 were selected as research object,a questionnaire survey was conducted in the forms of general data questionnaire,CD-RISC,SCSQ and PSSS;moreover,SPSS20.0 statistical software was used as a tool of entering and analysis.The statistical analysis mainly includes:T test,One-way Analysis,Multivariate Regression Analysis,Pearson Correlation,Descriptive Analysis,etc.Results:In this survey,165 questionnaires were distributed,153 valid questionnaires were received,accounting for 92.7%,and the specific result is as follows:1.The resilience of threatened abortion patients is in the medium level,the total point is(61.55±8.57),and the three dimension points are tenacity(30.84±6.59)points,power(19.98±4.53)points and optimism(10.37±2.74)points by descending order;2.The total point of the simple coping style of threatened abortion patients is(1.57±0.21)points,and the two dimension scores are the positive coping(1.90±0.32)points and negative coping(1.49±0.41)points;3.The total point of PSSS of the threatened abortion patients is(4.92±0.38)points,the three dimension scores are families' support(4.76±0.59)points,friends'support(5.43±0.82)points and other support(4.57±0.50)points by descending order;4.Independent sample t-test display:the influence of factors such as the degree of education,family monthly income,medical payment mode,family ties,hospital stays and fertilization mode on the resilience of threatened abortion patients has statistical significance(P<0.05).The influence of the factors such as the age,nationality,residence,occupation,times of pregnancy,delivery times and abortion times on the elastic influence of threatened abortion patients has no statistical significance(P>0.05).5.Pearson correlation analysis shows that:positive coping,family support and resilience are moderate correlation(r=0.619,P<0.05;r=0.422,P<0.05).Friend support,other support and resilience are low correlation(r=0.376,P<0.05;r=0.255,P<0.05).The negative coping is in negative correlation with the resilience(r=-0.425,P<0.05).6.Hierarchy multivariate regression analysis shows that:the major factor that affects the resilience of threatened abortion patients includes family support,friend support,other support,family monthly income,positive coping and negative coping,all of them account for 53.7%of the total variation.The higher the family monthly income,the more support from family and friends(leader,colleague and relatives),the more positive coping styles that the threatened abortion patient has,the higher its resilience level.Discussion:1.The resilience of threatened abortion patients is in relatively low level and has quite large space for promotion.2.The degree of education,family monthly income,family ties,hospital stays,medical payment mode and fertilization mode are the factors influencing the resilience of threatened abortion patients.3.The higher the social support for the threatened abortion patients and the positive coping styles,the higher the mental resilience level;and the resilience level will be lowered with the increasing of negative coping styles.4.Families' and friends' support,positive coping,negative coping and other support are the significant prediction factors of resilience.
