Study On Cultivation Of Humanistic Care Ability Of Secondary Vocational Nursing Students

With the birth of the overall medical model,the reform of the medical system and the change of the concept of people's health,the voice of "humanized" nursing is getting higher and higher.It is a problem that can not be ignored in the development of social medical treatment at present.However,medical colleges in our country pay more attention to professional knowledge than humanistic care,and humanistic care education has not received due attention.Therefore,improving the humanistic care ability of nursing students plays an important role in the development of modern nursing education.From the perspective of school management,this paper studies the factors affecting the humanistic care ability of nursing students and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.This study adopts questionnaire survey and interview method.In this paper,Guangzhou Institute of Health Vocational Technology was selected as the research object,and the related data were processed by the statistical software SPSS22.0.It was found that the average score of CAI was 170.58 ±14.09,the highest score was 205,the lowest score was 117 th,and the average score of items was 4.61 ±0.38,which was lower than the norm level.According to the correlation analysis,the relationship between humanistic care ability and nursing students' gender,grade,relationship with their father and relatives,whether they are student cadres or not and their attitude towards nursing specialty were found to be related to different degrees.According to this,this study starts from the following three aspects in order to enhance the humanistic care ability of the secondary vocational nursing students: first,to perfect the classroom setting,to strengthen the humanistic quality education;second,to develop campus activities,to internalize the concept and practice as well;Third: using various platforms to open up a practical base of care.
