Professor Han Fei's Clinical Experience In Treating Tic Disorder Based On Data Mining

Objective:1.Through data mining methods,the retrospective tic disorder cases were excavated and analyzed,and Professor Han Fei's clinical experience in differentiating and treating tic disorders was summarized.In particular,her experience of drug use intraditional chinese Medicine was summarized to explore Professor Han's academic thought of treating tic disorder.2.By analyzing and digging the prospective cases of tic disorder and verify the stability and reliability of the results of which the experience of Professor Han by data mining methods,improving the clinical experience of Professor Han in treating tic disorders,and to form a program for Professor Han's tic disorder in Chinese medicine.Method:Using the scientific and clinical integration system of the Guang'anmen Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,based on the case of Professor Han Fei's treatment of tic disorder,the data mining methods such as On-line Analysis Processing(OLAP),community analysis method,and complex network analysis method were used to excavate the data.In order to analyze the frequency of tic symptoms,the frequency of medication,the compatibility of drugs,and the distribution of syndromes in the cases,the Man-machine combination method was used to summarize the clinical experience of Professor Han Fei in treating tic disorders.Results:1.The studies of retrospective series 1.1 Basic InformationA total of 70 patients were included in this retrospective series,including 54 males and 16 females,with a ratio of 3.37:1 male to female.Among them,the highest incidence rate was medicines are:spirit-quieting medicinal 516 times(99.23%),liver-calming wind-extinguishing medicinal 516 times(99.23%),exterior-resolving medicinal 514 times(98.85%),supplement vacuity medicinal 493 times(94.81%),heat-clearing medicinal 432 times(83.07%).The top 5 categories of Chinese medicine subclasses are:Heart-nourishing spirit-quieting medicinal 516time(99.23%),Extinguish wind and resolve tetany medicinal 516 times.(99.23%),Heavy settling spirit-quieting medicinal 515 times(99.03%),Wind-cold-sffusing medicinal 514 times(98.84%),wind-heat-effusingmedicinal 514 times(98.84%),wind-heat-effusing medicinal 514 times(98.84%).1.5The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicineThe higher frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine is:quiet the spirit,quiet the heart,calm the liver,dispel wind,subdue yang,course wind,nourish the liver,check tetany,resolve the exterior,course the liver,ect.It can be concluded that Professor Han Fei's treatment methods for tropismFor the four nature of drugs,the frequency of use from high to low is:warm,plain,cold,cool,almost no heat drugs.For the five flavours of drugs,the frequency of use from high to low screened and classified into 4 categories using community analysis methods.Then according to the four categories of medications and interviews with Professor Han.Finally,four clinical syndromes of tic disorder were analyzed,Among them,there were 144 cases(27.96%)with blood vacuity stirring wind type,137 cases(26.62%)with phlegm-fire harassing the heart type,119 cases(23.10%)with hyperactive heart fire,and 115 cases(22.33%)with pattern of pattern of intense liver fire.Secondly,using the point-based mutual information method to analyze the compatibility of drugs,it can be seen that the compatibility of the formula variation in accordance with signs of the disease in the treatment of tic disorder,such as:wrinkle-nosed was treated with Schizonepeta,Magnolia,xanthium,Dahurianangelica;The blinkers add the erthworm,tribulus,Salvia,Ophiopogon,equisetum,mulberry lea,Vitex carbon,lycium,celosia,Buddleja,etc.;The head movers was treated patients in the prospective case series were treated with Jingxinzhidong prescription for 8 weeks.Among them,1 case(3.33%)was markedly effective,24 cases(80%)effective,5 cases(16.7%)ineffective,and the effective rate was 83.33%.2.2 Comparison of prescription similaritiesThe prospective case series was divided into three modules for community analysis.By comparing the drugs in the first two layers of each category and the top 25 Chinese medicines in each category.The results showed that the similarity of prospective cases of class 0 and retrospective category 3 was the highest,the similarity of prospective cases of class 1 and retrospective categories 2 was the highest,and the similarity of prospective cases of class 2 and retrospective categories 0 was the highest.This demonstrates the reliability of retrospective studies and the stability of the clinical experience of Han Fei in the treatment of tic disorders.2.3 The law of herb of formula variation in accordance with signsThrough the point-based mutual information method to analyze the compatibility of drugs in effective cases,The result shows:The blinkers was treated with the flowery knotweed stem,equisetum,Ophiopogon,Vitex carbon,lycium,tribulus,chrysanthemum,mulberry lea.The Leg mover was treated with pubescent angelica,achyranthes;The head movers was treated with Chinese lovage,flowery knotweed stem,notopterygium,gastrodia,etc.The arms mover was treated with mulberry twig and gastrodia;Who has different voices in the throat was treated with isatis root,stemona,willowleaf swallowwor,Ophiopogon,cicada molting,belamcanda.The abdominal movementer was treated with stemona,glehnia,areca.wrinkle-nosed was treated with flowery knotweed stem,stemona,Magnolia,Dahurian traditional Chinese medicines,the tutor summarized the deficiencies in tics from the heart,liver,and lungs.The use of Jingxinzhidong prescription to treat this disease has a significant effect.Through community analysis methods,it was concluded four types of syndromes,such as blood vacuity stirring wind type,phlegm-fire harassing the heart type,hyperactive heart fire type and pattern of pattern of intense liver fire.3.Through the combination of forward-looking research and retrospective research results and human-machine interaction,it is shown that Professor Han Fei's experience in the treatment of tic disorder experience is stable,and she has formed a program for tics disorder in Chinese medicine.
