Professor Yu Rui's Academic Thoughts And Empirical Research On The Treatment Of Insomnia From The Heart And Kidney Theory

Purpose:This paper summarized professor Yu Rui academic thought as well as diagnosis and treatment characteristics of treatment insomnia from the heart and kidney.Researched in treatment of insomnia experience from the heart and kidney were not connected.In order to treatment of insomnia to provide a new thought of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:consulting the ancient classic books and analyzing outpatient medical cases combine the teacher's guidance with own understanding to summarize the features of professor Yu Rui treatment of insomnia.Results: 1.Professor Yu Rui analyzed ancient classic books,and analyzed the treatment of insomnia by the doctors of all ages,and believed that the heart and kidney were not connected with the occurrence of insomnia.2.Emphasize importance of the syndrome differentiation in the treatment of insomnia.3.Using Qifu Decoction,Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction,Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan,Zhi Bai Di Huang Pill,She Hun Decoction,Jiao Tai Pill,Huanglian Ejiao Decoction,Jing Ding Decoction to treat insomnia.Conclusion: 1.Put forward the principle of "claming heart and invigorating kidney" as the basic therapeutic principle 2.Application six therapeutic methods to treat insomnia,for example: invigorating kidney and heart qi to keep the spirit methods;warming heart yang and warming kidney to keep the spirit methods;invigorating heart yin and kidney yin to keep the spirit methods;invigorating heart blood and invigorating kidney essence methods;invigorating kidney yang and warming kidney to clam heart fire methods;invigorating kidney yin and claming heart fire methods.
