Qian Tianlai's Research On The Academic Thoughts Of "Treatment Of Trauma"

ObjectiveQian Tianlaiwas a famous scholar in Shanghanlun,who believed that the study of Shanghanlun should be based on the element of Suwen and Lingshu and wrote Shanghansuyuanji in his later years.The book,which has an important influence in the annotation of Shanghanlun,rewired the provisions ofShanghanlun,wassorted by treatment,was explained in detail and there's a lot of creativity.After collecting and organizing a large number of relevant literatures,we found thatthe study of QianTianlai in inheriting and developing zhongjing is less and less systematic in both clinical and theoretical aspects at present.In view of this,in order to excavate the academic thoughts of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine in a more comprehensive way,I carried out research on this subject under the guidance of my tutor.MethodsThis topic using literature research method,in order to QianTianlai's only legacy Shanghansuyuanji as the main line,Combining with Suwen,LingshuandShanghanlun,the author analyzed the medical classics which had a great influence on Qiantianlai,and systematically studied the academic thought of typhoid fever.ResultsThe thesis is mainly discussed in three parts.The first part,which introduces the life and medicine of QianTianlai,the origin of academic thought,the characteristics of the study and the attitude of learning,is literature review.According to the research,QianTianlai is a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.He began to study traditional Chinese medicine at the age of fifty and became a famous doctor.The academic ideas of QianTianlai mainly originated from Neijing,Yijing and Shanghanlun.For scholars of Shanghanlun,he is very much a fan of the Fang Youzhi'sShanghanluntiaobian and Yu Chang's Shanglunpian.For scholars of Shanghanlun.He admired Sangangdinglixueshuo,was an influential physician of syndrome differentiation and attached importance to the dialectical law of Shanghanlun.His research is guided by the six-point-pass method,and the inductive method is very detailed.His interpretation of Shanghanlun often has new insights into a new doctrine.The second part,that expounds QianTianlai's inheritance and development of the academic thought of Shanghanlun,is the first chapter of the thesis This part unfolds mainly from his knowledge of the essence of the six classics,understanding of Yingwei's health and pathology,a summary of the thoughts and methods of treating the disease with the idea of Shanghanlun and the original view of "In winter,if you are hurt by cold,you will have a febrile illness in spring."The study found that QianTianlai's main academic thoughts are as follows:?He believed that the six classics of Shanghanlun,on the one hand,came from the book of Yijing,which suggested that the six classics were a reflection of human growth and collection.On the other hand,his understanding of the six classics as Neijing's refers to the viscera meridian.?His understanding of Rongwei derives from Neijing and Shanghanlun,with a deeper insight.In the process of explaining Shanghanlun,hepaid attention to the theory of Sangangdinglixueshuo,which runs through the whole Shanghanlun.?He believed that there is a detailed method of treating the disease in Shanghanlun,which isbelievedthatDaqingongtangistheinainagentforcuringtemperature,Guizhieryuebiyitan g,Baihutang,Sanchengqitang and Sanyinbing's prescriptions can also be used for the treatment of Wenbing?Heopposed to the use of Fuxie to explain“In winter,if you are hurt by cold,you will have a febrile illness in spring.”He pointed out that the"winter injury in winter" and Shanghan are not a concept,but the difference between the two is thatthey are not sick and sick,when they get the disease.The third part is the second chapter of the thesis,which is the research of Qian's syndrome differentiation and treatment He is one of the representatives of the research school of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Shanghan,and rearranged its original text.He advocated a programme of treatment for the classification of Shanghanlun,that is to say he discusses the two aspects of the six classics,both the positive and the variable.Many new viewpoints have been put forward.ConclusionThe academic idea of QianTianlai'Shanghanlun is based on the book of Zhouyi,Neijing and Shanghanlun,while absorbing and integrating the academic views of the doctors,such as Fang Youzhi and Yu Jiayan,gradually formed and developed.His theories on Liujing,Rongowei,the knowledge of the disease being described in detail in Shanghanlun,the theory of "In winter,if you are hurt by cold,you will have a febrile illness in spring." and the understanding of the six classics diseases are the main contents of the academic thoughts of QianTianlai.These are the inheritance and development of Qian's academic thoughts on Shanghanlun.His academic thoughts are of great theoretical and practical value for further enriching the academic thinking system of Shanghanlun on typhoid and guiding clinical practice.
