Analysis Of The Difference And Correlation Between Mammography And Immunohistochemical Markers In Female Breast Cancer In Xinjiang

Objective:To compare and analyze the difference and correlation between pathological and immunohistochemical markers of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and X imaging features of breast in Uygur and Han women in Xinjiang,Objective to improve the understanding of the pathological features and mammographic features of breast cancer in different ethnic groups,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and prognosis.Methods:the mammography and ER,PR,HER-2 and KI-67 immunohistochemical markers of invasive ductal carcinoma in 122 Han women and 42 Uygur women were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of HER-2(76.2%)and KI-67(95.2%)in breast invasive ductal carcinoma of Uygur women were higher than those of Han women(34.4%,72.1%),The positive rate of Uighur women's mass with calcification(55.56%)was higher than that of Han women(41.18%),The positive rate of ER and PR in Han women with simple mass(72.5%,65%)was higher than that of Uygur women(25%,33.3%),The KI-67(-)expression rate of Uygur women without lymph node metastasis(94.4%)was higher than that of Han women(65.2%).Conclusion:There are some differences between mammography and immunohistochemical markers of breast cancer in women from different ethnic groups in Xinjiang,Objective to predict breast cancer related immunohistochemical markers indirectly by mammography,and to provide more information and reference for clinical diagnosis,treatment and long-term prognosis of breast cancer in different ethnic group.
