ObjectiveThrough the comparison of the important influence and the relationship among VEGF,COX-2,MMP-9biology expression on molybdenum target X line in breast cancer. Itexplores the relationship between molecular pathology with breast mammography X-rayimage, provides certain evidences on the early diagnosis of the treatment and the prognosisof the breast cancer patients.MethodsThe study collected69cases of breast lesions which was confirmed by the breast lineof molybdenum target X-ray examination, operation and pathology. By the utilization ofBI-RADS--double-blind ACR which was created and recommended by breast physicians,the study described the burr for abnormal vascular calcification, levy, lymph nodemetastasis seen from molybdenum target X-ray, and compared the VEGF,COX-2,MMP-9express, analyzed the important signs of influence and mutual relationship among VEGF,COX-2,MMP-9to mammary gland molybdenum target X-ray. S-P method was used inImmunohistochemical. The experimental data was processed by SAS8.1statisticalsoftware, and analyzed through the χ~2inspection correlation, P <0.05have their statisticalsignificance.ResultsThe burr syndrome group of VEGF,COX-2,MMP-9with the protein expression of thepositive rate is92.00﹪,92.00﹪,100﹪;no burr syndrome group of VEGF,COX-2, MMP-9with the protein expression of the positive rate is73.68﹪,63.15﹪,68.84﹪; The resultsshow that VEGF,COX-2,MMP-9protein expression of positive in burr syndrome grouphigher than no burr syndrome group (P<0.05).The calcification group ofVEGF,COX-2,MMP-9with the protein expression of the positive rate is86.66﹪,93.33﹪,76.66%; without calcification group of VEGF,COX-2,MMP-9protein expression of thepositive rate is82.05﹪,89.74﹪,74.36﹪; The results show that there was no obvious difference between the breast of molybdenum target X-ray image calcification group andwithout calcification group (P>0.05). The abnormal blood vessels group ofVEGF,COX-2,MMP-9with the protein expression of the positive rate is100﹪,100﹪,90.47﹪; no abnormal blood vessels group of VEGF,COX-2,MMP-9with the proteinexpression of the positive rate is68.75%,60.41%,81.25﹪;the results show that thepositive rate of protein expression of VEGF,COX-2,MMP-9in abnormal breast cancerhigher than no abnormal those blood vessels (P<0.05). The lymph node metastasis groupof VEGF,COX-2,MMP-9with the protein expression of the positive rate is89.65﹪,82.75﹪,100﹪; no lymph node metastasis of VEGF,COX-2,MMP-9with the proteinexpression of the positive rate is72.50﹪,70.00﹪,80.00﹪;the results show that thepositive rate of protein expression of VEGF,COX-2, MMP-9in lymph node metastasishigher than no lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).ConclusionsThe high expression of VEGF, COX-2, MMP-9could influence on burr syndrome, labnormal blood vessels,lymph node metastasis in breast cancer molybdenum palladiumX-ray image. It could be used as the biological basis of malignant signs of molybdenumpalladium X-ray image. And at the same time, it suggested that the breast cancer patientswho is with the characteristics of line of molybdenum target X, is high in malignant degreeand with poor prognosis.
