Discussion Of The Relationship Between Differentiation Of Presurgery Of Breast Cancer And Molybdenum Target X-ray Features

Objective: To study the relationship between the differentiation of breast cancerbefore surgery and molybdenum target X-ray features. To provide the regular changes,micro and objective indexes for different types of breast cancer. Methods: Molybdenumtarget X-ray features of one hundred and sixty cases of breast cancer were observed andanalyzed. All the patients were differentiated before being given surgeries. According tothe BI—RADS standard, varied indexes were observed and analyzed. Study the relationshipbetween the differentiation of breast cancer before surgery and molybdenum target X-rayfeatures. Results: There are 85 patients belonging to liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnationtype, 39 patients belonging to Chong-ren-disorder type, 36 patients belonging tozhengqi-asthenia-evil-strong type. 1.Liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation typepatients have dense mammary gland, the tumors are round, their diameters are 1 to 2 cm,located in outer-upper and inner-upper area of the breast, microcalcification are big pelletsand dispersed. 2.The patients with Chong-ren-disorder type have bigger tumor, thediameters are 2 to 3 cm, located in outer-upper and middle area of the breast, the lymphnodes of the single armpit are always isolated and smaller. 3.Thezhengqi-asthesia-evil-strong type patients have fatty mammary gland, the tumors are vagueor round, their diameters are over 4 cm, located in the middle area of the breast,microcalcification are small pellets and concentrated, the tumors have burrs, there is hornsign, the lymph nodes of the double armpit are always mixed and bigger. Conclusion: Themajority of the patients are liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type. The type of themammary gland, the location, size, edge, calcification, the lymph nodes of the armpit can be themicro and objective indexes for differentiation of breast cancer.
