Objective By reviewing the imaging findings of molybdenum target X-ray in patients with non-luminal breast cancer diagnosed by postoperative pathological type,the mammographic features of non-luminal breast cancer is studied and the diagnosis of non-luminal breast cancer is improved.Methods Fifty-five patients with non-lump-type breast cancer admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects with the mean age of 50.43 ±8.75 years,which was confirmed by operation and pathology.Patients had underwent molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasonography before surgery,and the molybdenum target X-ray performance of 53 patients was analyzed and compared with ultrasound and pathological results.Molybdenum target examination is using the German SIEMENS MAMMOMAT 3000 Nova breast machine to take the feasible bilateral breast head and tail(CC position)and internal and lateral oblique(MLO)examination with the checkof lateral position(ML position),axillary position(AT position),tangent bit(TAN position)or magnification(M + position)if necessary to analyze the type of breast of the patient about the fat type(ACR1),the glandular type with a small amount(ACR2),the glandular type with a large amount(ACR3)and the dense type(ACR4).At the same time,it observed the location,the depth,the size,the density,the shape,the border,the distribution,the walking,the calcification and skin,thenipple and the bilateral axillary lymph nodes,which was checked by a professional technician.And the readingwas reviewed by a professional physician with the international mammography and data system(Brest Imaging Reporting and Data System)on the imaging signs with the results and analysis of the recorddeveloped and widely used in the United States Radiation Association(ACR).The Ultrasonography detected the bilateral breasts in each quadrant and bilateral axillary with PHILIPS color Doppler ultrasound to make the multi-faceted scanning about the disease for recording the size,thelocation,the calcification,the shape,the capsule,the echo level,the range,the rear sound shadow,the aspect ratio and the breast essence,the blood flow,the kinetics and morphological indicators as well as doing the elastic imaging about the region of interestif necessary.Results Among the 53 cases of non-lump type breast cancer,24 cases were small calcification,accounting for 45.3%;the structure was distorted in 14 cases,accounting for26.4%;13 cases were of the non-symmetrical local dense,accounting for 24.5%;merger signs in 2 cases,accounting for 3.8%.The pathological results were: invasive ductal carcinoma in 36 cases,ductal carcinoma in situ 9 cases,5 cases of ductal carcinoma,invasive lobular carcinoma in 1 case,1 case of liquid adenocarcinoma and 1 case of atypical medullary carcinoma.There were44 casesreportedby the mammography X-line about BI-RADS classification of 4B and above with the diagnostic rate of 83%,and there were 24 casesas the solid occupyingshowed by the Color Doppler ultrasonography with 11 cases of hypoechoic and 6 cases of mixed echo.occupying 24 cases,11 cases of hypoechoic,6 cases of mixed echo.BI-RADS classification of 4 and above 41 cases,the diagnostic rate of 77%.Molybdenum target X-ray combined with ultrasound,BI-RADS classification of 4 and above 51 cases,the diagnostic rate of 96%.Conclusion 1.Tiny calcification in non tumor has important significance in the diagnosis of breast cancer,especially the distribution of the clusters of pleomorphic calcification.2.At the target X-ray,the center is a low-density star,which should be considered for breast cancer.3.For the diagnosis of non-luminal breast cancer,molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound can be complementary,the combination of both can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
