Objective: To improve the early diagnosis of breast cancer through a study of the mammography and ultrasonography finding of the stage early breast cancer.Methods: On January 2005 to October 2009 to 4 years.Guangxi Medical University, gastrointestinal glands in patients with early breast cancer surgery at the same time doing mammography CR and B ultrasound examination of the diagnosis compared with surgical pathology results.Results: Molybdenum target X-ray, pathology accuracy was 59.8% (52/87). Check the accuracy of B-ultrasound 62.1% (54/87). Combination of pathological findings consistent with 74.7% accuracy rate (65/87). Molybdenum target X-ray of the breast malignant tumor, especially microcalcifications was superior to B-ultrasound. And B-ultrasound blood signals in malignant tumor of breast than mammography. Conclusion:Molybdenum target X-ray and B-ultrasound diagnosis of breast masses have their respective advantages. If the joint use can improve diagnostic accuracy.
