Objective: The patients were followed up to retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics and prognosis factors of 44 patients with cervical adenosquamous carcinoma and 215 patients with cervical adenocarcinoma of Liaoning Cancer Hospital& Institute. Methods: 44 patients with cervical adenosquamous carcinoma and215 patients with cervical adenocarcinoma were retrospectively reviewed from January 2010 to December 2016.The age, symptom, pathological type,Clinical stage, degree of differentiation, depth of myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis, treatment, recurrence, metastasis and survival were recorded. The patient was followed up by telephone with the expiry date of December 31,2017.SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the data.Chi-square(?2)test was used to compare the two groups. The survival was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis,Log-rank test and COX riskproportionality model. Results: The median age of cervical adenocarcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma was about 49 years old.Compared with cervical adenocarcinoma(46.98%),adenosquamous carcinoma showed a poorly differentiated ratio of 77.27%(P <0.05).Through the comparison of different treatment methods, the efficacy of cervical adenosquamous carcinoma is not as good as cervical adenocarcinoma. The 5-year survival rate of cervical adenosquamous carcinoma was significantly lower than that of cervical adenocarcinoma. The main factors affecting survival include FIGO staging, lymph node metastasis and the depth of myometrial invasion. The higher the FIGO staging and the depth of myometrial invasion> 1/2.The prognosis of patients with lymph node metastasis is poor(P <0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that FIGO stage and pathological type were independent risk factors for prognosis(P <0.05).Conclusion: Compared with cervical adenocarcinoma, cervical adenosquamous carcinoma has its own specificity. The rate of poorly differentiated cervical adenocarcinoma is slightly higher. The prognosis of adenosquamous carcinoma is poorthan cervical adenocarcinoma,FIGO staging and pathological type are prognostic factors of cervical adenocarcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma independent factor, that the higher the degree, the poorer the prognosis;cervical adenosquamous carcinoma of cervical adenocarcinoma prognosis is poor.
