Objective: To investigate the clinical and pathological features of early cervicaladenocarcinoma and prognostic analysis, To explore the distribution of HPV genotypesand P16, progesterone receptor expression in small sample of cervical adenocarcinoma. Methods: Do prognostic analysis in102cases of cervical adenocarcinoma with clinicaland pathological features of Xinjiang Tumor Hospital from January2008to December2011. To do respectively HE staining, SPF10PCR-LiPA detection and P16PRimmunization for meet the standard of27cases of cervical adenocarcinoma wax block. Results: Single factor, and multivariate analysis showed, the differences between groupswere statistically significant in tumor size, histological grade, histological type, positivemargins, lymph-vascular involvement (P <0.05). The HPV infection rate is77.78%incervical adenocarcinoma. HPV16is the main infected subtype in cervical adenocarcinoma.HPV-positive and negative cervical adenocarcinoma of P16expression was differencestatistically significant (P <0.05). HPV-positive and HPV-negative patients with PRexpression degree of difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Endocervicaladenocarcinoma and endometrial adenocarcinoma of P16expression is differences (P≦0.05). Endocervical adenocarcinoma and endometrioid adenocarcinoma of PR expressionis differences (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tumor size, histological grade, pathological type, positive margins and lymph nodes-vasculature are subject prognostic factors. HPV16isthe main infected subtype in cervical adenocarcinoma. Endocervical adenocarcinoma isthe major histological subtype in adenocarcinoma of the cervix; The HPV, PR, p16jointdetection identify endometrioid adenocarcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma mayhave some value.
