As a gem in Chinese traditional project,the Baduanjin of fitness Qigong is slow,gentle,moderate in intensity and no special requirements on site.It has become the main intervention method for many kinds of chronic diseases in sports medicine.In recent years,there has been a lot of researches on the influence of Baduanjin on the related factors of DM patients and the balance ability of the elderly.However,there is little researches on the intervention effect of DM gait in elderly patients.Therefore,the article selects suitable exercise intensity of Fitness Qigong for patients to explore the intervention effect of exercise on abnormal gait of diabetic patients,which is significant for preventing and treating diabetic foot and falling down events of middle-aged and elderly people.After the exercise risk assessment,40 patients were randomly selected as the experimental subjects and were divided into the control group and the exercise group after the draw.For the exercise group,16 weeks of Baduanjin brocade intervention were carried out,and four times a week,each time 1h.Before and after intervention,the gait test was carried out on the two groups of subjects,and compare the changes of data in groups and the changes of data in two groups,and analyze the effect of intervention.The results showed that the changes of exercising group :(1)the area of left foot: T2-5and M4-5 increased very significantly(P<0.01),the medial arch decreased significantly(P<0.05);the area of right foot: M4-5 increased very significantly(P<0.01),lateral arch and lateral heel and medial heel decreased very remarkably(P<0.01),the lateral arch was significantly increased(P<0.05);The difference in two feet for M1,M4-5,the medial arch and lateral arch was disappeared.(2)Maximum pressure and mean pressure of left foot decreased significantly(P<0.05);The difference in two foot for maximum pressure and mean pressure and the ratio of load in front and back feet was disappeared.(3)the impulse of left foot: T2-5,medial heel,lateral heel increased significantly(P<0.05),M1 and M2-3 decreased very significantly(P<0.01),T1 reduced also significantly(P<0.05);the impulse of right foot: M1,M2-3 reduced significantly(P< 0.05).Reduce of M4-5 extremely significant(P<0.01),medial heel and lateral heel increased significantly(P<0.05);the differences in two feet for M1,M4-5 and lateral arch was disappeared.(4)the index of frequency and double support time(left)were very significantly increased(P<0.01),step(left and right)and single support time(right and left)and double support time(right)were also significantly changed(P<0.05),asthe step size was increased,time was reduced;the difference in two feet for single support time was disappeared.(5)the axis angle of the right foot decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the difference in two feet for axis angle was disappeared.(6)the index of sway length,ellipse area,X axis is extremely significant(P<0.01),and the reduction of Y axis is also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Baduanjin can effectively improve muscle atrophy caused by foot contact surface anomalies in the elderly patients with diabetes,and improve the differences of contact surface in two feet;make the impulse redistributes,is conducive to the prevention of gait damage by the local load too much caused in gait;can reduce the most pressure that two feet,and reduce loads of first toe and metatarsus by the lower that foot axis angle,reduce the risk of foot ulcers;it is important to improve the vestibular function of patients and to increase the muscle strength of lower limbs.
