Factors affecting the performance of the shooters in the shooting competition arepsychology, physiology, environment, technique, and so on.The balance ability is a keyfactor of human body movement function and is the most common evaluation to a shooter.Balance capability as an evaluation measure of physical constitution to evaluate athleticskill has been accepted both at home and abroad. And balanced keep is visual and vestibularand proprioception, and body muscle group collaboration to complete a motion controlprocess, through dynamic balance test to interference of proprioception, can feel about eachsystem test alone, so can be more accurate and detailed evaluation of human body balancefunction.Purpose: If the dynamic balance ability of the19Hubei province excellent shooterswhich was tested by Biodex dynamic balance testing system after they accepted there weeksbalance training was improved or not.Methods: select19excellent shooting athletes of Hubei province (10male athletes,9female athletes), take Balance ability training to those athletes. Three times a week with aninterval of one day in three weeks’ balance training. The total of9training are marked asgroup A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I. The balance ability of the shooters was tested by Biodex dynamicbalance test system before and after the balance ability training.To test the Balance ability ineight directions. The eight direction are (1) forward;(2) backward;(3) left;(4) right;(5)forward/right;(6) forward/left;(7) backward/right;(8) backward/left.Results: To analysis the data of the shooters’ balance training. After the shooters’balance training,the time average of left standing when closed their eyes at the balance aircushion is from1.79±1.03seconds up to13.00±4.32seconds, the time average of rightstanding when closed their eyes at the balance air cushion is from1.58±0.77seconds up to10.84±3.29seconds. The balance ability of their left foot is better than the right foot. Afterthe shooters’ balance training,the average times of the left squatting then standing whenopened their eyes within one minute is from1.53±1.02up to7.89±2.28, the average timesof the right squatting then standing when opened their eyes within one minute is from1.74 ±1.10up to9.32±2.16.The dynamic balance ability of the squatting then standing isbetter than left when opened their eyes. After the shooters’ balance training,the averagetimes of the left squatting then standing when closed their eyes within one minute is from0.84±0.90up to3.89±1.33, the average times of the right squatting then standing whenclosed their eyes within one minute is from1.32±1.06up to5.05±1.58. The dynamicbalance ability of the squatting then standing is better than left when closed their eyes. Thedata is a significant difference (P <0.05). It showed that the dynamic balance ability of theshooters is improved obviously after the training.To testing dynamic balance ability of the shooters at eight directions by using Biodexdynamic balance testing system. After the training, the forward control ability of theshooters is from18.79±9.61up to22.74±8.81, the backward control ability of theshooters is from15.11±10.84up to20.58±8.57. The right control ability of the shooters isfrom17.58±12.58up to21.79±11.13. The left control ability of the shooters is from19.11±11.31up to21.95±10.73. The forward/right control ability of the shooters is from20.00±15.19up to22.84±12.64. The forward/left control ability of the shooters is from17.95±13.37up to19.95±12.83. The backward/right control ability of the shooters is from18.79±11.48up to23.42±11.73. The backward/left control ability of the shooters is from21.53±16.04up to25.11±12.17.To make a statistical analysis in the results of dynamic balanceability test before and after the balance ability training, it showed that the data of thebalance ability of shooters at forward, backward, right, left, forward/right, backward/rightand backward/left is a significant difference (P <0.05) except forward/left.Conclusion:1) The balance ability of the shooters at eight directions after the three weeks balancetraining is improved obviously, especially at forward, backward, right, left,forward/right, backward/left, backward/right.2) The time of male shooters’ left standing when closed their eyes at the balance air cushionis longer than female shooters.3) The balance ability of female shooters is better than the male shooters when one legsquatting then standing when opened their eyes.4) The slope of balance ability curve of the shooters’ one leg standing when closed their eyes is significantly increased in the nine balance trainings. It shows that the shootershave promoted greatly in the ability of move when training longer.5) In the training of one leg squatting then standing when closed the shooters’ eyes withinone minute, the rising to the result is by a winding stair. The reason could be thatathletes get muscle fatigue. The training effectiveness can be reflected indirectly by thebalance training,6) The balance ability of the male shooters is better than female shooters when one legsquatting then standing when closed their eyes. The ability of male shooters’ balancecontrol is better than female shooters could primarily because they have greatermuscular strength when closed their eyes, and the have better balance control.
