Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Modified Wuqi Decoction Combined With Rabeprazole In The Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer And Its Effect On Serum Gastrin (GAS) Levels And Blood Rheology Parameters

Objective:This study aims to observe the relationship between the clinical efficacy of Modified Wuqi decoction combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer a nd the syndrome differentiation of TCM and to investigate the effect on serum gastrin(GAS)levels and blood rheology parameters during the treatment of different syndro mes of peptic ulcer.Methods:The study included 120 patients with peptic ulcer who met the inclusion crit eria from January 2017 to December 2017.According to the TCM syndrome type is d ivided into 3 types:36 cases of spleen and stomach weakness(cold),40 cases of sple en and stomach dampness,44 cases of gastric collateral resistance.The three groups w ere orally flavored Modified Wuqi decoction and Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated ca psules for 6 weeks.The investigator will fill out a clinical observation registry to comp are the treatment effects of the three groups and analyze the serum gastrin(GAS)leve ls and blood rheology parameters before and after treatment in the three groups of pati ents.Results:In the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rates of the gastric coll ateral-resistance group,spleen-stomach-damp-heat group,and spleen-stomach weak(cold)group were 97.7%,85.0%,and 86.1%,respectively,and the clinical cure rates were 22,7%,2.5%,and 2.5%.In addition,the efficacy of TCM syndrome of the gastric colla teral-resistance group was better than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).In terms of the scores of major symptoms and improvement of total scores,the scores of clinical main symptoms and total scores of symptoms after treatment in the three groups wer e significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of total scor e of symptoms in gastric collateral-resistance group was better than the rest(P<0.05).In addition,the gastric collateral-resistance group was superior to the spleen-stomach w eak(cold)group in the difference in the main symptoms and the total score difference(P<0.05).In regulating serum gastrin(GAS)levels,serum gastrin(GAS)levels after tr eatment in the three groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),among which GAS difference in the gastric collateral-resistance group was higher than in the other t wo groups(p<0.05).In the aspect of improving hemorheology,the blood viscosity,he matocrit,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the gastric collateral-resistance group we re lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);In addition to the mid-cut level of whole blood viscosity,the other two groups showed a decrease compared with the pre-treat ment group(P<0.05).And the gastric collateral-resistance group was better than the oth er two groups in improving blood rheology parameters(P<0.05).In terms of safety analy sis,there was no adverse event in the three groups during the study,and the relevant safety test indicators were basically normal before and after treatment.Conclusion:Modified Wuqi decoction combined with rabeprazole has a good therapeuti c effect on peptic ulcer patients,especially for peptic ulcer patients with gastric collate rals.It can not only improve clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,but also sig nificantly regulate serum gastrin(GAS)levels,improve the patient’s blood rheology para meters,and have higher safety.after all,It is a good TCM clinical treatment program f or the treatment of peptic ulcer,which is worthy of clinical application.
