Purpose:Under the guidance of TCM Collaterals Disease Theory,Observation of Modified Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of active period peptic ulcer(syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals)clinical efficacy,To make an objective evaluation of its effectiveness,Provide guidance and theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of the disease.Method:72 patients who conform to the clinical diagnosis of active period peptic ulcer(syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals)were randomly divided into two groups,Treatment group(n=36),given Xuefu Zhuyu Tang decoction(peach kernel,safflower,rhizoma ligustici and so on),oral 2 times day;The control group(n=36),given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules 20mg,which before meals with warm water swallow,oral 1 times day;Two groups of treatment were 6 weeks and followed up for 6 months.Observed and recorded before and after treatment in two groups of TCM symptom score?Digestive endoscopic ulcer healing degree,HP Clear Status,Relapse rate after treatment and statistical analysis and comparison.Result:Treatment group of patients with TCM syndrome score was significantly educed,Its effect is better than the control group(~?P<0.01);The treatment group in improving clinical symptoms and signs in patients is better than that of control group(~?P<0.05);The treatment group and control group patients under gastroscope no significant difference between the quality of ulcer healing(P>0.05),There was no significant difference in HP clearance between the treatment group and the control group in who have active period peptic ulcer.(P>0.05);The relapse rate of PU in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,that had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefuzhuyu Decoction can improve TCM symptoms of the patients with peptic ulcer,it was able to clear HP,Inhibit HP infection,Promote ulcer healing and Can reduce the recurrence rate of ulcers,not only good security and less side effects,but provide the basis for Chinese medicine treatment of peptic ulcer. |
