Objective:Through observing the clinical efficacy of modified Huangqijianzhong Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer(spleen deficiency syndrome),with negative helicobacter pylori, and its influence on gastrin level,so as to provide reliable basis for further research on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods:From October 2017 to December 2018,60 patients with HP negative peptic ulcer of spleen deficiency syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with Huangqijianzhong Decoction, and 30 patients in the western medicine group were treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules. Two weeks of treatment were taken as a course of treatment in both groups, with a total of three courses of treatment. All subjects were collected by researchers before and after treatment, and the clinical observation registration form was filled in.After the course of treatment, the curative effect, symptom scores and safety indexes were summarized. The morning fasting serum Gas values of the two groups before treatment.2 weeks after treatment,6 weeks after treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal were analyzed and compared. Results:In terms of TCM syndrome curative effect the total effective rates of TCM group and western medicine group were 96.67%and 86.67%respectively,and the total effective rate of TCM group was significantly better than that of western medicine group(p<0.05).In terms of main symptom scores and total scores, there were significant differences between the two groups in symptom scores for 2 weeks,6 weeks of treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal(p<0.05),among which the reduction in traditional Chinese medicine group was more significant than that in western medicine group(p<0.05).In terms of regulating fasting serum gastrin(Gas)level, there was no significant difference in Gas level between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment(p>0.05),and there was significant difference in Gas level after 6 weeks of treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal(p<0.05),in which Gas level in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group(p<0.05).In terms of gastroscopy results analysis, the total effective rate after treatment was 93.3%in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 86.7%in the western medicine group. There was no significant difference in gastroscopy results between the two groups(p>0.05).In terms of safety analysis, the two groups of patients had no adverse reactions during the clinical study, and the relevant safety indicators were basically normal before and after treatment.Conclusion:(1)Modified Huangqijianzhong Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with HP negative peptic ulcer of spleen deficiency syndrome and improve the clinical efficacy. It can also regulate the fasting serum gastrin level of patients, which may be one of its mechanisms for treating peptic ulcer.(2)Modified Huangqijianzhong Decoction for the treatment of HP negative peptic ulcer of spleen deficiency syndrome has the characteristics of good clinical effect, less adverse reactions, better patient compliance and so on,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
