Clinical And Experimental Research On Treating Peptic Ulcer By The Decoction Of Jia Wei Huang Qi Jian Zhong

Purpose:The aim of this clinical observation and animal experiment is to explore the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on peptic ulcer and its mechanism,which is widely used in clinical practice.Methods:1.Sixty patients with peptic ulcer were divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group.The patients were divided into three groups according to the time of treatment.Chinese medicine treatment group with Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction(Astragalus 20g,caramel 20g,Guizhi 10g,peony 15g,dried ginger 5g,jujube 5,Zhigancao 5g,bletilla 10g,fennel 10g)treatment,Western medicine control group Meloxicillin enteric-coated tablets(produced by Jiangsu Zhonghuan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,approval number:Zhunzi H10980267)treatment.In this study,4 weeks after treatment for a course of treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine changes in the points,the adverse reactions,comprehensive assessment of the two groups of clinical efficacy.Finally,the observed data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software package.2.The healthy control grade male SD mice were randomly divided into 5 parties:normal control group,gastric ulcer model group,western medicine control group(omeprazole group),flavored Huangqi Jianzhong Tang high dose group,Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction group,each group of 10,sub-cage feeding.Except the other groups in the normal group were treated with acetic acid into gastric ulcer model.The rats in the control group(omeprazole group),the high dose of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction group and the low dose group of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction were treated with the drug in the control group(24 hours).After 21 days of continuous treatment,the mice were fasted for 24 hours,and the blood was collected.After centrifugation,the refrigerator was stored at-20?.The stomach was removed and the stomach wall was removed along the curvature of the stomach.After washing with saline,Into the urine of the vessel at 4? cold storage.Macroscopic observation of gastric mucosa in general,detection of pepsin activity,serum nitric oxide(NO)content.The experimental data for statistical analysis,this time using SPSS22.0 software package.Result:1.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were 83.3%and 86.7%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine control group was significant.There were significant differences in the total score of TCM symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the score of TCM group was more significant.(P<0.05).The number of adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group was 5 cases,and the number of adverse reactions during the treatment group was 12 cases.The number of adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group was 12(P<0.05).2.The Animal experiment of the results:Compared with the model group,the activity of pepsin was decreased(P<0.05),and the activity of pepsin was significantly decreased in the high dose group of Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the levels of serum nitric oxide(NO)in the low dose of Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction were decreased(P<0.05),and the content of nitric oxide(NO)in the high dose group was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the clinical and experimental study of digestive ulcers in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and adverse reactions and other aspects of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were better than simple omeprazole western medicine control group;its statistical value may be associated with flavored Astragalus Jianzhong Decoction can reduce the activity of pepsin and increase the protective effect of nitric oxide(NO)on gastric mucosa.
