Object:Diarrhea is one of the most common diseases in infants, occur in the autumn and winter,with a high incidence in children under 2 years old, is one of the main causes of child malnutrition and stunting of growth. Spleen-type diarrhea which is lingering illness,protraction,seriously affecting the physiology of children,psychological growth and development. The issue with Qiweibaizhu Powder Treated and spleen deficiency diarrhea in autumn,following the randomized,controlled principles for clinical efficacy were compared and analyzed further confirmed Qiweibaizhu casual treatment of this disease unique advantages for medical treatment and spleen deficiency in children autumn diarrhea provide effective clinical basis. Methods:By selecting and spleen deficiency syndrome is diarrhea in autumn 60 children were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,30 cases were scattered flavored Qiweibaizhu given internal medicine treatment,the control group of 30 patients given oral smecta,two groups of children were given Western conventional treatment,3 days for efficacy evaluation. Evaluation taken before and after treatment in each group of children with stool frequency,associated symptoms,symptom score,total efficiency were observed compared to analyze whether significant differences exist. Results: 1. Two groups of children before and after treatment in the stool frequency group,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant; between the two groups,two groups of children before treatment,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;After treatment,patients children P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant. 2. Two groups of children within symptom scores before and after treatment group, P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;between the two groups, the treatment groups of children before P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant; After treatment,patients children P <0.05,significant difference. 3. Comparison of the two groups after the treatment of children with RV negative rate,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that traditional Chinese medicine treatment for the more obvious negative RV. 4. Comparison of the efficacy of the treatment of the two groups of children. Determine the efficacy of clinical disease,treatment group 18 cases,10 cases,2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%;control group,12 cases markedly effective in 9 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 70.00% in the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group; clinical syndromes judgment,the treatment group recovered 18 cases,8 cases were markedly effective in 2 cases, 2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%;control group,12 cases of clinical cure,effective in 6 cases,3 cases of effective and ineffective 9 cases,the total efficiency of 70.00% in the treatment group than the control group. 5. Two groups of children were not adverse drug events occur, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions: 1. Qiweibaizhu Powder flavored and montmorillonite type groups can improve spleen Diarrhea in children with symptoms and signs,can shorten the course of diarrhea in children. 2. Qiweibaizhu Powder flavored group was efficient after treatment,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of montmorillonite powder group,has obvious advantages in reducing stool frequency and improving stool, relieve abdominal pain,vomiting,dehydration and other aspects of correct and no adverse events during treatment, indicating Qiweibaizhu Powder Treated Pediatric diarrhea is safe and reliable. 3. San flavored Qiweibaizhu significant effect not only inexpensive,but no side effects,and easy for parents of children accepted worthy of clinical application.
