The Clinical Observation Of Jingfang Amber Power Therapy On Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective By observing the changes of TCM syndromes,symptoms and signs before and after treatment of patients with sequelae of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis of patients with Jingfang Amber Power,this paper analyzes and summarizes the clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect and treatment mechanism of the treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequelae in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequelae,and provides a scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods This study selected 40 patients with SPID within the given time,all come from HeiLongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology,will be included in 40 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(qi and blood stasis type)patients,with the party amber oral treatment.To observe the improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,and to statistically analyze its clinical effect.Results The treatment of 40 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome,using the Jingfang Amber Power spread orally,the curative effect of the total effective rate was 92.50%,the cure rate in 4 cases(10.00%),13 cases were markedly improved(3 2.50%),20 cases(50.00%),invalid in 3 patients(7.50%),the statistical analysis comparison before and after the treatment with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and reliable for that treatment of the disease sequelae of the pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis,and has obvious curative effect,improve the quality of life of the patient,and can be used as an effective method for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of qi stagnation and blood stasis.
