Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Wuqinxi In The Treatment Of Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose:By comparing the clinical efficacy difference between traditional Chinese medicine combined with Wuqinxi and pure Chinese medicine in the treatment of SPID(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),the role of Wuqinxi in the treatment of SPID is preliminarily explored,and it provides a new way to more effectively treat the long-term and incurable SPID Ideas and clinical basis.Material and method:The 66 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of this study were all from the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(33 cases)was treated with simple oral Chinese medicine(Mudan powder plus or minus),and the treatment group(33 cases))Treated with traditional Chinese medicine(Mudan San plus or minus)combined with Wu Qin Xi.Before treatment,record the TCM symptom score,local physical sign score,VAS score and SAS score,and calculate the symptom and physical score comprehensive score through the recorded scores,evaluate the patient's anxiety through SAS score,and record the above scores and scores again after 3 months of treatment.Integrate and calculate the evaluation,analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods.Results:1.After treatment,the TCM symptom score,local sign score,comprehensive score,VAS score,SAS score,and anxiety level of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment(p<0.05),and there was a difference between the two groups(p< 0.05),the treatment group's score reduction and relief of patients' anxiety level were better than those of the control group.2.The total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05),considering the small number of patients.However,the comprehensive curative effect,symptom curative effect,and physical curative effect of the two groups were different(p<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both Chinese medicine combined with Wuqinxi therapy and simple oral Chinese medicine can effectively treat SPID(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).2.The therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine combined with Wuqinxi therapy is significantly better than that of oral Chinese medicine alone.The combination therapy can relieve patients' lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral soreness and other symptoms and improve local The effect is better in terms of physical signs and alleviating patients' anxiety.3.Chinese medicine combined with Wuqinxi has high safety in the treatment of SPID and is worthy of promotion.
