The Clinical Observation Of XiaoYaoZhuYu Decoction Therapy On Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(SPID)with qi stagnation and blood stasis treated by Xiao Yao Zhu Yu Decoction,and providing evidences for clinical scientific application.Methods The subject used randomized and controlled method,72 cases of SPID with qi stagnation and blood stasis collected from 2014.4~2015.4 in gynecologic outpatients in Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated hospital were divided into two groups randomly.36 cases in the experiment group were treated with Xiao Yao Zhu Yu Decoction;While 36 cases in the control group were treated with Hong Jin Xiao Jie capsule.Two groups of patients were given medicine after the menstrual cycle was ended 3 days,20 days for one course of treatment,paused during the menstrual period,continued 3 courses of treatment.Through the changes of clinical symptoms,physical signs,pain scores and outcomes of ultrasound B of the patients after being treated for 3 courses to evaluate the clinical effect.?Results(1)Clinical observation result indicates that the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms?local signs?comprehensive clinical effect on SPID of qi stagnation and blood stasis treated by Xiao Yao Zhu Yu Decoction had been promoted: 97.22%?94.44%?97.22%,while 88.89%?83.33%?88.89% in the control group,The statistical analyses showed the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05),proving that the effectiveness is significantly superior to the control group.(2)The efficiency rate was 97.22% in the treatment group in improving the efficacy of patients with pain,and 76.3% in the contrast group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)With regard to the volume of liquid and the dimension of adnexal mass in pelvic cavity were significantly improved after treatment in therapy group(P<0.05),While there was no significant difference in the control group therapy on pelvic effusion after treatment than before(P>0.05),After treatment the interclass comparison shows that the difference has statistical significan(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Xiao Yao Zhu Yu Decoction can obviously alleviate clinical symptoms,physical signs,pain scores of patients with SPID of qi stagnation and blood stasis,and the treatment effect is better than therapy of Hong Jin Xiao Jie capsule.(2)Hong Jin Xiao Jie capsule can significantly reduce pelvic inflammatory mass size,but is not obvious in pelvis effusion.(3)Xiao Yao Zhu Yu Decoction can promote the absorption of pelvic effusion and mass,and the effects are better than that of control group.
