Clinical Observation Of Tongluo Qingre Decoction In The Treatment Of Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Combined With Depression And Heat Syndrome)

Objective:This study by using only strengthen heat soup treatment in chongqing qi stagnancy and blood stasis and muggy high-risk patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae,therapeutic piece as treatment group,compared two groups before and after treatment of clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome integral,inflammation levels change,such as to clear the future treatment of qi and blood stasis type and muggy SPID standardization direction,provides the train of thought,at the same time the parties verify the clinical advantages.Methods: Select the chongqing dianjiang county hospital in May 2019 to May 2020,a total of 60 cases,are in line with the western medicine diagnostic criteria of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae,and conform to the TCM syndrome differentiation of qi stagnancy and blood stasis and muggy standards,according to the indicator method were randomly divided into t2 dm heat soup group(30 cases)and the therapeutic group(30 cases),only strengthen heat soup group was given only strengthen heat soup(oral),therapeutic tablet group was given therapeutic(oral),15 days for a period of treatment,continuous treatment 3 period of treatment.The curative effect,TCM syndrome scores and inflammation indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results: All the 60 cases included in the study completed the experiment,and the data were analyzed.The results showed that the clinical symptoms of both groups were improved after treatment,and the levels of inflammation in both groups were decreased compared with before treatment.The effective rate of Tongluo Qingretang group was significantly higher than that of Xuefu Zhuyu tablet group(P < 0.05).Compared with Xuefu Zhuyu tablet group,the TCM syndrome score in Tongluo Qingretang group decreased more obviously after treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in Tongluo Qingredecoction group were lower than those in Xuefu Zhuyu tablet group(P < 0.05).No adverse events occurred in the two groups until the end of the experiment,indicating that the two groups were safe in clinical use of TCM.The experimental results show that Tongluo Qingre Tang has certain clinical advantages in the treatment of SPID of qi stagnation and blood stasis combined with heat stagnation,and has the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.Conclusion:The application of Tongluo Qingre Tang in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(Qi stagnation and blood stasis combined with heat stasis type)is better than Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet in improving clinical symptoms,local signs and inflammation level.The clinical use of Tongluo Qingre Tang is safe and reliable,and Tongluo Qingre Tang has promotion value.
