The Ciinical Effect Observation Of Qi Huang Bu Fei Soft Extract Interven On Seasonal Rhinitis(Two Asthwnia Of Lung And Kidney)in Children

Objective:according to the intervention comparison of children's seasonal rhinitis which deficiency syndrome of lungs and kidney type,validation the clinical effects of Qi Huang Bu Fei Soft Extract for that illness.Methods:the children patient who treated at Chinese medicine of Heilongjiang University in February 201 6 to June 201 7,conform to seasonal rhinitis diagnosis and deficiency syndrome of lungs and kidney,break out at every March to May,80 cases totally.Divided into two groups,the children patient takes medicine 4 weeks before attack by diseases.Qi Huang Bu Fei Soft Extract is the group of intervention;Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder is the group of comparison,take medicine continuous 4 weeks.At the same time,the two groups of children take the cetirizine hydrochloride during the outbreak period,and observe 8 weeks.By recording the days of take medicine and outbreak,as well as constitution and symptom scores,using the VAS table to compare improve the situation of two groups children with clinical symptoms in order to statistical analysis.Results:1.The days of take medicine and outbreak decrease after 8weeks,P<0.05,the difference was statistically signif'icant.2.The comparison of symptom scores:Symptom scores of intervention group less than comparison group.Intervention group get improve on rhinobyon.nasal itching and sneezing,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.The comparative method of visual simulation evaluation;Observe comparison after 8 weeks.Intervention group with VAS score lower than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Qi Huang Bu Fei Soft Extract and Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder can intervene children's seasonal rhinitis which deficiency syndrome of lungs and kidney.2.Qi Huang Bu Fei Soft Extract is better effect than Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder.3.Qi Huang Bu Fei Soft Extract can be children prophylactic for seasonal rhinitis which deficiency syndrome of lungs and kidney type.
