Curative Effect Of Qi Huang Wen Xiao Soft Extract On Astham( Kidney Failing To Hold Qi Syndrome) In Children

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Qi huang wen xiao soft extract on asthmatic children with kidney failing to hold syndrome.Methods: Sixty asthmatic children were divided into two groups,30 in treatment group and 30 in control group.The treatment group was treated with Qi huang wen xiao soft extract,while the control group was treated with Huai qi huang granule.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks and followed up for 6 months.Through the C-ACT,the scores of asthma attack times and severity of symptoms,the use of emergency relief drugs,and the score of asthma kidney failing to hold qi syndrome,the improvement of asthma attack degree and kidney failing to hold qi constitution of the two treatment methods were compared.Results:1.Due to the loss of follow-up,the treatment group lost 5 cases and the control group lost 4 cases.Finally,there were 25 cases in the treatment group and 26 cases in the control group.2.The C-ACT score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the time of follow-up(P < 0.05).3.The scores of asthma attack frequency and symptom severity in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).4.The number of emergency relief drugs used in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).5.After treatment and follow-up,the scores of kidney failing to hold qi syndrome in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The asthma control degree of Qi huang wen xiao soft extract is better than that of the control group.2.Qi huang wen xiao soft extract can effectively reduce the number of asthma attacks and the severity score of symptoms,and the curative effect is better than that of the control group.3.Qi huang wen xiao soft extract can reduce the use of emergency relief drugs,and the curative effect is better than that of the control group.4.Qi huang wen xiao soft extract can reduce the score of asthmatic kidney intolerance syndrome and improve the constitution of children,and the curative effect is better than that of the control group.
