The Clinical Research On Modified Guipi Decoction Treatment Of Breast Cancer-related Fatigue

Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of Guipi decoction on breast cancer-related fatigue and determine the clinical effect of its treatment and discuss the possible mechanisms of CRF.Methods:From March 2017 to December 2017,selecting 70 cases of CRF patients based on our standards who received treatment in the clinic First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.We divided them into two groups-treatment group and control group,with scientific methods.Modified Guipi decoction and health education were given to the treatment group,at the meantime,the treatment of health education was only used to the control group.After a course of treatment,we evaluated the changes of score which inclues Piper fatigue and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome and hospital anxiety and depress scales and Pittsburgh sleep quality index before the treatment and after.Results:1.There are significant differences between the two groups in the aspect of Piper fatigue score after the treatment.2.There are significant differences between the two groups in the aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score after the treatment.3.There are significant differences between the two groups in the aspect of hospital anxiety and depression scales score after the treatment.4.There are significant differences between the two groups in the aspect of Pittsburgh sleep quality index after the treatment.Conclusion:1.Modified Guipi decoction can effectively reduce the Piper fatigue score of patients who have breast CRF.It is obviously better than the control group.2.Modified Guipi decoction can effectively reduce the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score of patients who have breast CRF.It is obviously better than the control group.3.Modified Guipi decoction can effectively reduce the hospital anxiety and depression scales score of patients who have breast CRF.It is obviously better than the control group.4.Modified Guipi decoction can effectively reduce the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of patients who have breast CRF.It is obviously better than the control group.
