| ObjectiveBy observing the changes of fatigue scale score,TCM symptom score,Kamofsky performance status score and peripheral blood image of patients with liver stagnation and blood deficiency of Cancer-Related Fatig(CRF)before and after treatment,it is verified that tiaogan yangblood prescription can improve the clinical effect of patients with CRF,so as to provide more effective drugs and TCM strategies for the treatment of CRF.Method70 cases meetting the inclusion criteria selected were randomly divided into treatment group of 35 cases and control group of 35 cases,in accordance with the method of random allocation,and the treatment group were treated with the basic treatment and tiaogan yangblood prescription,the control group only for basic treatment.All cases were observed 4 weeks,respectively before enrollment and on the 28th day of treatment,to statistics and compare the fatigue degree of two groups of patients,clinical syndrome,performance Status,and peripheral blood levels of score changes,which determine the remission of fatigue and improvement of physical strength after the intervention of tiaogan yangxue prescription in CRF patients,and the influence on peripheral blood levels,objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety.ResultBefore enrollment,the baseline datas of the two groups,including gender composition,age distribution and tumor disease species,were compared,and the results showed no significant difference(P>0.05),suggesting comparability(1)Analysis of Piper scale:There was no difference in Piper scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total score of fatigue and scores of each dimension in the treatment group decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).In the control group,except for the total score of fatigue,there was no statistical significance in other scores before and after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with two groups,the total Piper score(123.97±28.63)in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(139.06±32.60)(P<0.05),and the results were more significant in terms of behavioral score and emotional score(P<0.05).Although there was no significant difference in the fatigue efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05),in terms of the difference in the total score of fatigue(anterior-posterior),the difference in the behavioral score(anterior-posterior),and the difference in the emotional score(anterior-posterior),P<0.01,and the treatment group still had the advantage of improving fatigue degree.(2)Analysis of TCM syndrome:there was no difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes in the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of irritability and depression,dizziness,insomnia and fatigue were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 68.6%in the treatment group and 11.5%in the control group.By chi-square test,?2=24.560,P=0.000<0.01,showing a significant difference.(3)Analysis of KPS scale:there was no difference in KPS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the differences of KPS score before and after treatment and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 82.85%in the treatment group and 57.14%in the control group.By chi-square test,?2=17.302,P=0.002<0.01,showing a significant difference.(4)Analysis of Peripheral blood:the levels of WBC,HGB,NE and PLT in the peripheral blood of the two groups before treatment showed no difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of each indicator in the treatment group showed a trend of improvement compared with that before treatment,but with no statistical significance in the statistical results(P>0.05).there was no statistical significance in the data in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),and the data of two groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).(5)Safety evaluation:there was no statistically significant difference in liver function index(ALT,AST,etc.)and renal function index(Scr,BUN,etc.)before and after treatment and between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionsTiaogan yangxue prescription can effectively reduce the fatigue degree of patients with liver stagnation and blood deficiency type of cancer-related fatig,relieve symptoms of TCM,make the patient's physical condition improved,and no obvious side effects,which has a better therapeutic effect. |
