The Clinical Research On Modified Buzhongyiqi Decoction Treatment Of Breast Cancer-related Fatigue

Objective: To observe the clinical safety and efficacy of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue of breast cancer,and to further explore and study the effect of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue of breast cancer.Methods: Recruitment of breast cancer patients,selected from January 2018 to January 2019 in the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University oncology outpatient and inpatient breast cancer 60 subjects,in their full knowledge and consent to the study,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group of 30.The patients in the control group were given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,one dose a day,decoction or decoction-free,orally,twice a day;the patients in the treatment group were treated with Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,one dose a day,decoction or decoction-free,orally,twice a day.The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated before the beginning of treatment,the 2nd week and the 4th cycle of treatment.The changes of Piper fatigue scale score,KPS score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score before and after treatment were observed.Whole blood cell analysis,liver and kidney function were taken as safety indicators.All data related to the study were input into the computer and analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:1.In terms of Piper fatigue scale score,there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).2.In terms of sleep score,there was significant difference between the two groups after 4 weeks treatment(P < 0.05).3.In terms of KPS score,the KPS score of the two groups after 4 weeks treatment has statistical difference,so the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.The interaction of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in Piper total score,behavioral dimension score and KPS score in the results of repeated measurement of variance analysis had statistical significance.Conclusion:60 patients were enrolled,no cases of shedding,no adverse drug reactions occurred,the results are as follows:1.Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can effectively reduce the Piper fatigue Score of patients who have breast CRF.It is obviously better than the control Group.2.Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can effectively reduce thePSQI score of patients who have breast CRF.It is Obviously better than the control group.3.Modified Bu zhong Yi qi Decoction can effectively reduce the Karnofsky score of patients who have breast CRF.It is Obviously better than the control group.4.Modified Bu zhong Yi qi Decoction was superior to Bu zhong Yi qi Decoction in improving cancer-related fatigue of breast cancer in Piper total score,behavioral dimension score and KPS score in repeated measurement of variance analysis at different time points..
