The Clinical Effect Of Jianpi Yishen Decoction On Cancer-related Fatigue Of Breast Cancer Patients With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney In Convalescence

Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety of Jianpi Yishen formula in the treatment of the cause of breast cancer in convalescent stage of spleen kidney deficiency.Methods: Using single arm clinical research method,30 cases of convalescent breast cancer patients who suffered from cancer-related fatigue and satisfied the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney were enrolled.Before taking Jianpi Yishen Decoction,at the 4th,8th and 12 th weeks after taking it orally,and at the 16 th week of follow-up,the scores of Piper Fatigue Scale,TCM symptom score,clinical effect,KPS score,had anxiety and depression were observed before and after treatment The changes of scores and blood routine indexes were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yishen formula in the treatment of fatigue due to breast cancer in convalescent period,and ECG,liver and kidney function and stool routine were used as safety indexes to evaluate the safety of the drug.Results: A total of 65 patients were recruited,30 of them met the inclusion criteria,and all of them completed the clinical trials.On the general data,the patients included are very representative in age,marriage and education level,and they are basically in line with the actual situation in residence,past history and course of disease.On the pathological stage,most of them are early patients,which is not consistent with the fact that breast cancer patients are repeatedly hospitalized,and the pathological stage is later,which may cause the result deviation.In the 4th,8th,12 th and 16 th week of treatment,the piper score of the patients decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant;KPS score decreased in the 8th,12 th and 16 th week of treatment,the difference was statistically significant;TCM syndrome score of spleen and kidney deficiency decreased in the 4th,8th,12 th and 16 th week of treatment,the differencewas statistically significant;anxiety score decreased in the 4th,8th,12 th and 16 th week of treatment At the 8th,12 th and 16 th week,the depression score decreased,the difference was statistically significant;the white blood cell,hemoglobin and lymphocyte count in the four items of blood routine were increased compared with the baseline at the 8th and 16 th week,the difference was statistically significant,but the effect on platelet was not significant,the difference was not statistically significant.No adverse events occurred during the treatment and follow-up.Conclusion:Jianpi Yishen recipe can effectively improve the fatigue symptoms and physical condition of breast cancer patients in the rehabilitation period,the deficiency symptoms of spleen and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine,relieve the state of anxiety and depression,improve the patients' immunity and application safety,no obvious adverse reactions,patients' compliance,and has good clinical application value.
