The Clinical Observation Of Bawei Yangmai Decoction Combined Simiao Yong An Decoction On Hand-foot Syndrme

Objective:The topic aims to through the clinical observation of our own medicine to discuss the possible mechanisms of HFS.Methods:we collected 60 patients who meet our standards from our hospital and we divided them into two groups—treatment group and control group,with scientific methods.Our own medicine was given to the treatment group,at the meantime,vitamin B6,which has been regarded as effective against HFS,was used to control group.After a course of treatment,we evaluated the quantitative classification of HFS,changes of pain grading,Karnofsky scores of life quality and changes of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores before the treatment and after.Results:1.In the aspect of improving the classification of HFS,The treatment group's total effective rate is 80%,and the total effective rate of control group is 55.17%,Through statistical analysis,The difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).2.In the aspect of relieving the pain,the overall response rate of treatment group is 86.36%,and control group 52.63%,The difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).3.In the aspect of enhancing the quality of existing,increasing rate of the treatment group is 53.33%and the rate of stability is 36.67%.however,increasing rate of the control group is 24.14%and the rate of stability is 48.28%,through statistical analysis,The difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).4.From the perspective of TCM syndrome integral,The total effective rate of treatment group is 86.67%,which in the control group is 62.07%,The difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Bawei yangmai Decoction combined Simiao yong'an Decoction can effectively reduce the grades of HFS patients;2.Bawei yangmai Decoction combined Simiao yong'an Decoction can effectively reduce the pain grading of HFS patients,effectively relive the pain of patients;3.Bawei yangmai Decoction combined Simiao yong'an Decoction can improve the patient's Cartesian score,improving quality of life;4.Bawei yangmai Decoction combined Simiao yong'an Decoction can improve symptoms of patients with HFS,reducing integral of TCM symptoms.
