Clinical Observation Of Qingxinhuatan Decoction In Treating Patients With GAD Of Sputum With Internal Heat Interference

Objective:Through clinical research,to evaluate the effect of Qingxin Huatan Decoction on the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder by observing the changes in scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),TCM syndrome scores,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)before and after treatment.Methods:In this study,randomized,controlled trials were used.Generalized anxiety disorder that met the inclusion were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group and control group were given 14 days as a course of treatment.Two treatment courses were observed.Experimental group:Huatan Decoction(1 dose daily,fry 200 m L(Hospital Unite Decoction),morning and evening doses).Control group:paroxetine hydrochloride(Leyou),orally,1 tablet at a time,once daily at breakfast daily.Do not swallow chewing tablets.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to observe the scores of patients before treatment and after treatment for 14 days and 28 days.After treatment,the scores between groups before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.The two groups were included in 70 cases,5 cases fell off,and finally the efficacy statistics are now 65 cases.2.Compared with before and after treatment of the scores of the PSQI scale,TCM syndrome scores,the differences in scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group.2 patients were ineffective,93%effective,3 patients in the control group,and 91%effective rate,suggesting that the two groups had significant improvement in generalized anxiety disorder sleep,and there was no significant difference in treatment efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment group was cured in 7 cases,and the control group was cured in 3 cases(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the SAS scale and the HAMA anxiety scale before and after treatment(P<0.05).It is effective in improving anxiety in patients with GAD.The core syndromes of Chinese medicine were insomnia and dreams,anxiety,and irritability scores were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.This study confirmed that Qingxin Huatan Decoction is effective in treating generalized anxiety disorder compared with paroxetine,and Qingxin Huatan Decoction can be widely used in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.2.Qingxin Huatan Decoction is superior to paroxetine in the cure rate of generalized anxiety disorder and has fewer adverse reactions and can increase patient compliance.
