| Purpose:Application of Meta analysis sycstem to evaluate the effect of treating bradyarrhythmia with the method of warming and supplementing yang of heart and kidney,and provide important evidence for the treatment of slow type arrhythmia with the method of the TCM medicine with the effect of warming and supplementing heart and kidney.Material and method:Establishing scientific searching strategies, Searching literature published in 2011-2015 through both computer and manual way.Randomized experiment of slow arrhythmia RCT test.Use the Jadad form to estimate the curing quality and used the Rev Man5.3 software to analyze.Results:15 articles were involved, including a high quality paper 2, 13 low quality paper. The total cases is 1354, of which the Treatment group(removing heart kidney sun be the spirit Chinese medicine with western medicine), 698 patients in control group(base or western medicine plus placebo) in 656 patients.Meta-analysis results show that:(1) In the aspect of improving clinical efficient aspects: treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(OR = 3.78, 95% CI = 2.75 ~ 5.18, Z = 8.23, P < 0.00001);(2) In the aspect of improving syndromes curative effect: treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(OR = 6.39, 95% CI = 3.20 ~ 12.76, Z = 5.26, P < 0.00001);(3) In the aspect of inscreasing average heart rate on 24 hours a day: treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(MD=5.22,95%CI=4.41~6.03, the hypothesis test Z =12.69,P < 0.00001);(4) In the aspect of increasing the slowest heart rate of 24 hours: The curative effect of teating group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(MD=5.65,95%CI=4.92~ 6.38,the hypothesis test Z=15.16,P<0.00001).Conclusion: In comparasion between the two groups, the TCM strategies over the western medicine group,can obviously increase the clinical effect in thebradyarrhythmia patients, improve symptoms, improve patient 24 hours mean heart rate and minimum heart rate, the clinical curative effect is distinct, and good security. |
