Nowadays,with a growing patient population,the current shortage of nurses around the world is severe,and clinical nursing workloads are heavy and stressful.As a result,nursing management problems of "re-work,light management," "re-clinical,and light development" emerge.In order to improve nurses' comprehensive ability and strengthen the rapid development of nursing career,it is urgent to solve the problem of nurses' core competence.However,the core competencies include not only the acquired perceptions and training acquisitions,but also the internal processes of people,which are difficult to train,measure and evaluate.In view of this,the dissertation aims to study the intrinsic process characteristics of people,and explore the new path to improve the core competence of clinical nurses through the "Big Five Personality".The research idea of this dissertation is to analyze the correlation between personality traits of registered nurses and their core competencies in a top-level hospital in Beijing in order to discover the personality traits that affect the level of competency of responsible nurses and to conduct personality training in a direction.This will increase the core competence of clinical nurses.This article mainly uses the Big Five Personality Scale(TIPI-C)in personality theory and the Chinese Registered Nurse Core Competence Scale(CIRN)to conduct a questionnaire survey of registered nurses in a top-level hospital,and analyzes the average score of core competency and its personality traits.Scores,and by comparing the correlation between the two groups,it was concluded that registered nurses had a correlation with core competence scores in terms of rigorous and pleasant personality traits(P<0.05);core competency scores were high,medium,and low3 The group also had some differences in the scores of the(TIPI-C)scale.Therefore,nurse managers can ask nurses to test their personality traits,improve the nurses' personality,improve their post-competency of clinical nursing,and provide nurses with job placement,training,selection,and performance assessment in nursing management.Theoretical basis and practical basis to improve the effectiveness of nursing human resource management.This thesis is organized into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The first part of the introduction is divided into two chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the research background,purpose and significance of the topic,the research trends of the Big Five personality and competency at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas of the relationship between nurses' big five personality and competency.The second chapter mainly elaborates related concepts.This chapter mainly sorts out and analyzes the concepts of big five personality and competence at home and abroad.The second part is the body part,divided into three chapters.The third chapter mainly describes the research content,research objects and methods.It mainly studies the correlation between personality traits and core competencies of clinical registered nurses in a top-level hospital.The fourth chapter is based on the statistical results of personality traits and core competencies.According to the statistical results of the personality traits and core competencies,the traits and competency scores of the registered nurses of a top-level hospital are influencing factors,including technical titles,age,and academic qualifications.Nurses who are rigorous and pleasant are more likely to score higher competency scores,while those of open,extraverted,and neurotic nurses have lower scores.The third part is the conclusion part of the sixth chapter.This article summarizes and summarizes,re-emphasizes the nurse's personality traits and its core competency of research ideas and conclusions analysis,summed up the innovation,reflection is insufficient,and put forward the expectations of continuing research.
