Research On The Community Inhabitants' State Of Health And The Influencing Factors In Hefei City

Objectives:This research surveyed the community inhabitants'state of health in Hefei, by using the targets of two-week morbidity rate, annual hospitalization rate, chronic disease prevalence rate , self-rated health and so on, then carried on the relevant research to its influencing factors, in order to promote the theoretical support to construct more reasonable community health service system in Hefei city.Methods:Qualitative study,to interview administrant and technical workers of the CHS departments, and the community inhabitants'self-rated health. Quantitative study,to analyze two-week morbidity rate, annual hospitalization rate, chronic disease prevalence rate of community inhabitants, then evaluate the inhabitants'health state.Results:Two-week morbidity rate of Hefei community inhabitants was 80.0‰,and the annual hospitalization rate 7.3%,then the chronic disease prevalence rate 16.4%.The percent of self-rated health of community inhabitants"better"was 33.6%,and which of"ordinary"was 58.5%.1st, Sex and whether contracted chronic disease was the influencing factors of two-week morbidity rate. 2nd, Moreover it was the influencing factor of hospitalization that medical security system, educational level, whether smoking or drinking and whether contracting the chronic disease. 3rd,That was all the influencing factors of contracting chronic disease, such as the age, career, the medical security system, the monthly income, the marital status, the educational level, smoking, and the physical training manner. 4th, The level of the community inhabitants self-rated health in different sex, age section and career crowd had statistical significance. Conclusions:In order to promote the health state of inhabitants in Hefei city,the study presented the following six suggestions,ie. 1st,To strengthen health education to community inhabitants and advocate the health behavior, 2nd, to promote the CHS policies into communities, and make full use of the communities'resources, 3rd,to bring CHS into the medical security system, 4th,to enhance training of CHS workers and attract the excellent health human to community, 5th,to promote service contents and methods, 6th, to make the related kit policies more perfect.
